i do what i can with an auto n/a 33.. im so considering selling to get a manual of something.. so much better but ill lose so much money. only mods on my car are extractors, 2.25" exhaust, pod and working on my CAI, need an LSD :< and some better springs its like a boat atm

Hey guys long story short, i was coming out of maccas turning onto burwood hwy i was stopped, he must of thought i was going (wasnt tho cos car in left lane on burwood hwy) ran into my ass while i was standing still, fair bit of force knocked the boot out of wack a littlebit and broke all the clips n stufff on rear bar - boot (boot wont close rear bar still in fairly good nick tho) and its generally warped a littlebit and uneven, oh and a little crack on my brake light. I live in Wantirna (SE Suburbs) and yea just thought you guys would know of a good place thx, leigh.

i do suburban driving and drive about 30 mins to work and back and im lucky to get 200 k's from my tank, yeah i put my foot down a bit but not all the time it should be better economy then this.. i thought a dyno tune could possibly fix this problem..?

ok well today i tested car with pod on and then put stock air box back on with a newish "magnaflow" filter, honestly i can not tell the difference really pod makes a little extra sound but nothing major and maybe just by a little bit faster, so i think i will be putting the pod back on with a cold air intake when i take the air box back off, that should help it out a fair bit. honestly though in the end don't bother if you dont wanna get pinged for it, not worth it. I've got extractors and full exhaust done so i can get done for that if they want.

how much does a tune cost at dr drift? its in dandeong yea? looking to get more power / economy out of mine.. i get srsly shit all in my n/a. everyone seems to recommend dr drift i think i'll be going there

Nothing.. just had a disagreement back to topic IMO! I also would like this thread to have details about handling mods, my car also suffers "round about roll-itus" and if i am taking some corners a bit harder then usual it will just whip back after the body has rolled, whereas my mates car has some hard lowered springs and takes the corners so much smoother. People say lowering to much is bad for handling tho yea? anyone know the best loweredness for cool looks and good handling? edit: Jarrod's eagle F1's (235's) i bought a while back take the corners so sick (compared to what i use to have anyway haha) can keep up with my cousins RS AWD... in the dry at least
