do fire extinguishers have expiry dates / do DECA people care? also can it be mounted in the boot or have to be close to driver? ok found this, I guess the boot technically counts as inside the vehicle right? People were nicer, don't get me wrong the hotel staff etc were fine, it's the random taxi driver / people on the street that shitted me in Vietnam I mean Kuta wasn't that good in Bali but other places were decent I thought, maybe it's because everyone told me Vietnam is so good and I had high expectations
