Haha, That was just my example, after I bought the place agent told me can probably get 360-380 Also got that promotion at work, wasn't quite a 10% rise like I wanted.. a little bit off - now the question is do I bring it up and try and negotiate the 10% I wanted or accept what I got given! #changemanager

nah, gonna have her contribute rent/board/whatever you wanna call it though. cheap obviously, we were thinking like half the price of if we were renting somewhere together, e.g $400 per week would be $200 each, so if my place would fetch $400 a week she would happily contribute $100 a week. She's saving for her own place too, so better off that way rather than renting somewhere else. that shall go into a car mod fund heh

It absolutely is a culture thing, people don't usually buy them with the intention of tracking.. just quick street cars. This is what you CAN do to them once it's intercooled (mods I listed before) with the right track pads / suspension He came first in his class and 7th overall out of 120 cars @ Sandown 1:25 in the vid btw he runs shockworks too so they must be arlight..

yeah, they're good stuff - was the first mod I did to it 4 years ago and still going strong. BCs on my GTR started knocking after like 10 months i know someone that had teins on his FG and bent the lower mount where it joins to the hub bit..

Got a quote for some mods to the car if I sell my bike maybe: $400 - Injectors C/O $1250 - YT Snout upgrade $5000 - Intercooler kit fitted. This is for either a KPM or Herrod kit. $1000 - Header delete pipes and High Flow Cats $200 - Retune $7850 - Total would be a beast..
