Damn you have some rip off muther****ers up in Sydney, I had the same problem on my RB20, 3 studs busted, pulled the turbo off myself - takes about 45 mins, called the local thread repair man down here in Hobart and went to work. When I got home I had 8 new studs and nuts all fitted for $80.
