I allready have posted this in Anthony's post but it will be better if new thread will be posted here, Let me post here few word what the problem i had before, got R33 two years ago it was absolutly stock, i made next modification on it FMIC INTERCOOLER 600X300X100 GREDDY STYLE front mount plenum KKR 480 boost at 16 PSI AFR stock Fuel Pump Stock INJECTORs Stock KAKIMOTO RACING HIGHT FLOW EXHAUST EXEDY CLUTCH APEXI FC so as we dont have Dyno here in Georgia we haveto find other ways i have bought GTECH RR cant say its shows exaclty HP but its quit near results and main is that 402 meter shows exactly best run was 12.303 and max HP 335 at rears, but main is that i have lots of detonation i have tryed to contact in Russia and even was in the sphincter of the universe hope to find person who could help to tune FC because have lots of knocking it was near 90 at one runup, so somehow guilt toy advise to try it ower the net after two weeks waiting i got FC DATALOGIT, conection was via 3G cellphone ower the internet, it was not fast but acceptable, so yesterday was first Georgian FC tuning day i will post some pictures have lots of videos and will try upload them to youtube so this is my R33 and my friend RX7 he was sitting near me and chatting with anthony:) this is how all this looks like connection fc to leptop and then to cell phone over the internet firs problem appeared with sparks anthony suggest to make them 0.7 it was hard to do this because of hot day it was 42c \, secon problem was with intake boost was too hight and turbo was sucking the tube after afm and clothing it at all:) finaly we have finished to tune it but it was backfire when accelerating and anthiny suggest to change spark plugs and gap at 0.6, now car drives perfect cant say power is same but there is absolutly no detonation engine light fleshing or knocking so antony made all in perfect way and thanks again ! now you can try the same if any of you have same problem )) you just need datalogit laptop and 3G cellphone HAPPY END

Thanks to you:) i could not tell bye because of battery of laptop and deposite of cell phone:) i have bought new spark plug gap them all to 0.6 and car runs perfectly:) no even one knocking level no flashing of engine light and no misfire or backfire:) perfect job !!!! thanks a lot mite best goal is KKR 480 now boosts at 3800 RPm instead of 4800 boost eraund 16 psi i will make run tonight to check time at 1/4 mile:) thanks again mate i will make post here for remotly tuning over the sea:))) excelent job thank thaks thanks ))

  4. how you make it to flow early? do you still use internal weisgeit? because mine is going to boost near 4000 but have 15 PSI

Hi Mate all this tuning remotly was idea of Anthony:) firs i didnot belive that we can do anything but he made this:) tommorow am going to track and with anthony we will try to tune FC, so than i will post up results and pictures and give you all the details what you need:) thanks again to Anthony )) am going to stick your picture on my rides hood:))

I didnot touch the car yet its parked at office and am not going to move it till sutterday:), when ignition is 0 car just simple not going in hight boost than i haveto move ignition on 6 degrees and it was ok detonation around 25 but with 100 octane gasoline, now am using 98 gasoline and detonations ware till 90 sometimes... if we can made and tune car on 16 or 17 psi it will be great and lets see what we can do anyway suterday early morning am going to track so i can runup there till 180 without problem, at the moment car has near 335 HP at rears so i will post all the details and pictures after tuning of pfc:)

Mate first i dont wanna belive that and was looking at monitor with wide open eyes tuning remotly hehe ) Regarding you drag what tires you were using or do you often make runs on 400 meter because changing gears and aspecialy first gear decides how you run quarter, my car have just 335 at rears and my best run was 12.335.... anyway congratulations again and see you on suterday:) then i will make post here of our results thanks again mate! approx wheight for gtst with driver is 1450 kg if drivers wheight is near 100 kilo

  13. i wrote them sevral times but no naswer from them still:( Today I have installed PLX 300 wideband gauge, it shows 11-12 what you think its ok? still have knoking lever till 90, hope buy datalogit asap than maybe you can help me:)

Hi guys!!! please need to help with choice, i wrote before in several topics regarding my problem, am asking because here is nobody who can tune fc, as some kind people suggest i need to buy Datalogit for fc but its costs not cheap:) almost same price that Emanage ultimate, so please suggest what to do by datalogit or another ecu:) anyway i could not tune it my self and i need to ask someone or pay money to do it, or if someone knows good way to helpm me please help... fc is absolutle not tuned and car makes last time till 90 knock for one runup i know its not good and dont wanna kill engine, i have next options on car R33 GTST 93 y. model stock pump stock injectors stock AFM 3.5" full hightflow exhaust Intecooler 600X300X78 FC comander not tuned:) KKR480 TURBO Front mount plenum and fuel pressure regulator and that all because of i cant manage more boost on turbo i haveto open westgeit fully now turbo spools at 4500 RPM and have top boost 16 PSi, car is mach better than stock 1/4 mile for 12.85 but still not tuned and last time knokc are more than before i think that for hot air temp. and before just doing next mod on FC changing ignition timing for 6 degrees and thats all please help what to do!
  18. paulr33 Hello, i wrote you few time and sorry for disturbing but i need help, i need to tune somehow PFC but i dont know how to:( i read manual but no sence:( here is list what i have instale on the car it was absolutly stock when arrived FC front mount plenum KKR480 intercooler full hightflow exhaust injectors maf and pump is stock so here is my problem i cant close westgeit because of othervise boost goes up now i have arraund 15PSI but turbo opens at 4500 RPM and eache run up i have erraund 90 knock, fc is absolutly not tuned just moving timing at 6 degrees and thats all if you can help or give some nmaps that i could enter in fc it could be great or suggest someone who can help me... car is runing well its much faster than M5 E60 but still FC isnot tuned and i know its not good for engine Please Help

  20. guys need Help again, going to change stock injectors of RB25DET on BOSCH 440CC, can someone suggest are this injectors for good performance or better than stock? and pls what is next step fot PFC and what and how i should change options in FC comander? thanks in advance
  21. paulr33 Injectors are open 100% but i didnot make it when i install FC it was in this option should i need to lower it can i damage injectors with 100% load? as i understand and have read best ratio is 11.5:1 or max 12:1 is that correct? and when i need to make this changes while driving right? and please link me the place where i can foun how to set INJectors map P.S can i have your skype or any massanger of you i will disturb you few times pls:)
  22. paulr33, i know that car works under load now but i didnot accelerate it too much just moving and thats all my point for now is to put westgate on standart position at 16 PSI with safe, and what i know there is no black smoke what means air fuel mix is lean... i have read your faq and reading now too but cant find places where i can lern to flow more air or fuel please Help we have track where i can easy drive and tune it but how to start ? for next modification i will change fuel pump 044 and try to buy injectors but still i know that air fuel ratio isnot good and i should not drive like that thanks again
  23. first of all thanks for helping, there is no Dyno available here and no person who can tune FC so my only hope is SAU forum so here is my modification on car FC with hand controller oxygens sensor with gauge front mount plenum New fuel filter fuel pump is stock fuel pressure reguliator turbo KKR480 14 PSI just stock injectors so i have wide band sensor and please help how to begin even i dont know how to make more air or fuel, i have checked injectors and thay are open 100% is that ok, and what is next step how to flow more air and more fuel and what is best ratio for air fuel mix if i will chanje in menu air flow from R33 to power intake or any other option does it means that am changing air flow and making more and how i can send more fuel to injectors? please please help car makes now 205 KW and i know it can make more but knok sensor doesnot show more than 20 knocks is that ok too and yes there is one thing when ignition is 0 its make knoks on hight boost and i have tryed to run it step by step on 1 degrees so now when am starting it am runing +6 and its ok...

  25. Thanks for link i will try actualy my main problem is boost i have changed lots of thing and my top is 205 KW on wheels and almost 14 PSI but i cant boost up more because of FC is not tuned and i need help from you and from this forum
