Whats redline with and without nos? Seems to rev out alot slower than other 25's

In terms of 32's (may be the same for r34's) gtr/gts4 = fork gts/t = Pillow and ball I heard that 4door 34's dont rum the same as 2door..

I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO COME IN HANDY! Thanks eug! Early model Rb25de's came with a flap in the exhaust that was closed under cruising conditions and open when W.O.T.. this was done to stop the raspy-ness

The GTR's that will be available in say 20 or 30 years time will either a) be f***in ROOTED!!! or b) far too expensive to run and/or buy.. It will be a similar case to the DR30's now-a-days.. -

Perhaps somone knocked out a sender or damaged a solder of the wiring when you were getting your bulbs changed?

Expect to pay more for a stock car.. Expect to pay more for an NA locally too.. these P plater laws have inflated NA's to rediculous prices!.. SSS's (for eg.) are STUPIDLY expensive!

Well Im hoping for more power as the 26 head has larger porsts from stock.. I could always port and polish it too.. So hopefully I could push 150kw a little more.. Rb25DE cast pistons will be the go with CR at about 11.5-12.. bah.. not a fan of the idea of nos on my car.. has crossed my mind though.. And the front facing plenum is a better flowing with an extra throttle body compaired to the more restricted 25 manifold.. And for 150kw.. you will need twin throttle bodies.. so why not just use the 26 head.. I dont wanna far around with adaptor plates for 26 plenum on 25 heads.. but I have a feeling I may have to go down that path.. Budget is getting quite padded out.. We'll see.. the more I work over these holidays.. the larger my budget becomes.. but the less time I have of turboing my engine.. selling that.. and building a second engine.. I think in a couple more weeks i should be in ownership of a head and be mid way through turboing my current engine.. So.. its gonna take a while.. but you gotta love it.. I still gotta get a front diff adaptor plate..

How To Get More Power From A Naturally Aspirated (na) Engine

But the toruqe, responce and power band simply shits all over a turbo.. So your not going to be able to go quite as fast (top straight line speed).. but F*CK your gonna get there quick! And even spritired twitie driving.. a decent NA would still leave a turbo for dead.. (given the same suspention, brake and weight) -
Heat wrap is cheaper.. HPC is quite expensive.. Which is best?.. I guess we will have to wait and see.. Sometime next week.. Ill start a thread in the NA section where people can dicuss their experinces with heat wrap VS HPC.. Stock VS coby.. Power band increased.. instalation.. etc. etc. should be interesting to see..

Well Im just in the process of ironing out a few last details about turboing my RB25DE.. Ill be starting a "HOW TO: Turbo your Rb25DE" thread with photos and step by steps and what not.. Not I hit a snag.. Rb25 headers are not compatible with Rb26 heads.. and the only RB26DE engine released was by a company called Alutech (the same company that transplants Rb26DETT's in Staggy's).. Im having BIG problems trying to locate a decent head.. let alone such a rare item as 26 NA headers.. ..im stuffed.. RB26/30 looks like its not going to work.. unless I weld on the rb26 flanges onto a set of Rb25 headers..

WOOOOOOOOOOOO! I only cheaked this thread today!.. HOW EXCITING! Ill have to find my damn key card and get some heat wrap.. HPC = $$$$ bling.. Heat wrap = Ghetto bling.. The norms of modding are funny that way.. BTW.. Eugene.. I highly recommend Daft Punk - Live.. Just got the Cd yesturday..

True.. Your definately going to want to get your zorst done soon so as the car can platue at the top instead of reaching a point as it does not.. headers will help too
