  1. Two ways to do it; buy gtr harness and plug it in (few wire swaps) or buy the universal harness and wire it in (it has everything needed to wire up all features inc)
  2. i will post up a movie of how to do it, this one is for an EVO so it has HZ not Voltage. i will need to do it tonight as my system here wont allow *.exe file uploads. or you can email me [email protected] and i will send it through now.
  3. the pFC will be fine, if your a show pony and want no AFM just plumb it in after the turbo or post cooler.
  4. maybe try their website????
  5. that aint nismo but its not a bad copy, access perfomance have the real ones. Car mate bring in the saem thing as shown in that pic above and supply most sydney shops.
  6. ^^^ agreed using the std RB26 sump is best and is easy enough to do at home with some elbow grease.
  7. about 530 american rwhp, remmeber though.... everything is relative.
  8. i have the full range in white, i think i have abuot 20 or so of each including the wide band a/f gauge. Im back at work on thurs so i will check.
  9. yeah but by then it may already been damaged
  10. i have used a few on GTR's no dramas... in fact i have a spare one that is plug in for R32 GTR. they start to struggle above 300rwkw though unless you know them inside out. at that point i would reccomend an ultimate which is good for any mod you throw at it. For 200bucks you cant go wrong.
  11. lc1 is fine. You will just need to program the outputs to suit the inovate voltage/AF ratio the EMU expects which is 7.35 A/F @ 0v - 22.39 A/F @ 5v from memory.
  12. Not really, if you have the correct det listening equipment they are not needed.... think Haltech, Microtech etc It is way to often i see the PFC knock meter used to tune cars, it is an indicator. all decent tuners will be using something like this http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=176922 those who arent are winging it.
  13. only got our R33-R34 pics sorry. http://www.uras.com.au/syohin/skyline.html#r34
  14. i am my tuner and lots of other peoples having the correct lag or latency makes getting accel enrichment and a myriad of things spot on far easier instead of band aiding everything. It is a simple correcting which can literally save hours of tuning in areas like accell enrichment, part throttle cruise, o2 feedback etc
  15. should work as i fit GTR shifters to all my cars be it Rb or SR boxes (6 spd is only one that wonk work) check the rubber surround is not on backwards as it puts pressure on the shifter which can pull it out of gear and make it hard to select.... ive seen this plenty of times on nissans.
  16. dont do it the r32 geometry is a step backwards. If your really stuck i have a spare R34 gtr cradle (complete) $900 i dont really want to sell it as it is a spare for our drift car.
  17. If you get stuck let me know, i would be happy to organise something through creatd for you.
  18. nah fine to use what you got, it already has the limiters moved etc makes it quicker to tune
  19. got some upload issues ATM but i will load up all the adpters tonight from home as well as all the wire up diagrams and tuning tips
  20. Only the blue emanage has separate INJ and IGN harnesses, the ultimate only has one complete universal harness with three plugs..
  21. GTR rails are 10.5mm there are some aftermarket rails like HKS GREDDY that are 11mm to suit their injectors. you can buy off the shelf injecors that will fit your oversize rail but i would just sell the rail. No point buying injectors you dont need just to fit a rail that does nothing for performance.... unless you are planinng big turbo etc later on forget it as bigger injectors also mean its ECU time.
  22. dpends we are running around 20-40mm rake
  23. Actually you are incorrect if the injector fires for 2.2ms and the lag time is 0.8 the injector is only injecting fuel for 1.4ms FACT. This is why many jap tuners do not like some SARD injectors as they are quite inefficient.... this misunderstanding all actually came up in a course i did recently with one japans top ECU manufacturers and tuners. LAG time is not affected by RPM but by the load thatis put on the engine. The lower the load is on the engine the larger the lag time will be. LAG TIME or LATENCY is the time it takes from when the ECU grounds the injector circuit to actually delivering fuel through the injector. A quick look at a scope will reveal all you need to know about lag or latency.
