go to nico forum, there is very little info on here for RB conversions into s-series, bear in mind it is a very simple swap and requires custom gearbox mount adapters only, the rest is a bolt in affair. The conversion into the S13 we use took about a week in a shed without the use of hoists etc.. i fitted a R32 lower rad support and castor brackets etc to make more room between radiator and engine as i really did not want to run thermos.... but i ended up getting a GREDDY read which is so damn big i had to run flex-a-lite fans any way.

then you need to swap a few things not just the pump. it is best just to remove the rear pump fins.

i have a R34 GTT housing you can have for $150, it comes with all the pull mechanism etc you will need to run a pull clutch though not a push. I usually use front housings off R32 GTR boxes as they are dime a dozen but all i got left is a R34 GTT ? R33 GTR one.

i hate the kaaz diffs, bear in mind if you buy a decent diff many are 1.5way and 2-way switchable. CUSCO for example do this and NISMO also has the ability to do this and to tune the torque preload WITHOUT removing the diff. i hate the whole kaaz feel and design.... just in case you missed i the first time

same box really except for remote shifter, if you can get a hold of one usually about 500ish it is a good budget conversion. all you need it a better shift mechanism to make the most of it. Race spec do the mckinney shifter kits speak to Tarek www.racespec.com.au

Just purchased one of the new Gen Ikeya sequential shifters and they actually work far smoother than the old Generation ... much less effort is required now to change gears.

they are the same clutch. i have a NISMO GMAX twin that only requires a new throw out bearing $600.

Do you realise that the retard is designed to be used to build boost and is meant to be used in conjunction with the launch control? we managed to get some pretty good boost on the rb at 4000rpm ... only issue is with ours there is no spd signal (no loom or sensor) so we cant actually use the launch control feature

we stock alot of jap kits including V-system urethane, it is not a secret we sell allot... but most general guys dont want to pay for decent urethane kits as they start from around 2k and go all the way up to 4k depending on how many pieces there are.....
