  1. yeah i just use the earlier bellhousing on the 34 box.
  2. graph up 2moro, finally got some roller time (car is still playing up so it is only a 14.4psi run and making only 286rwkw-odd at the rears) but at 120kmh it is making nearly 80-100 rwkw more than yours did from memory....
  3. maybe it does not line their pockets as much as the stuff they are willing to push? this is so often the case. if these guys were as experienced as they make out they should be able to tune emanage with their eyes closed.
  4. unless you live in thommo and want dose...... which every second r33 has
  5. agreed been running high hp cars for years with no bovs.
  6. it depends on your usage, i have modded a few GTR transfers to RWD only see pic. i even have a spare in the shed. The benefit of using a GTR trans is they are dirt cheap on average i would pay between 500-800 for a complete setup. The gtr box and modded transfer has much better support (4 bearings vs one) on the output shaft so takes abuse like drifting far better, in fact TRUST japan uses a GTR box and modded transfer behind their sr20 D1GP car as it lasts far longer than the GTs-t equivalent. (something to do with the way the load travels up the output shaft). the downside is the time and effort to make it happen, i built one up for our RB26 powered s13 but found that due to some other issues i was unable to fit it in the tunnel without reworking the custom handbrake setup and so forth. I ended up using a R34 gtt box. only the R34 is a 6 speed and it wont fit. R33 gts t and R34 GTT are the same box but the R34 has some nice subtle upgrades ive noticed.
  7. whats you email? i have all the official trust maps at my disposal. or email me [email protected]
  8. rb26 crank and rods with modified 4agze pistons.... easy rb24
  9. yeah going rate is about $295RRP.
  10. i tune for a hobby, usually for free to mates and people who have 'interesting' setups that intrigue me, the dyno's graphs go with the owners not with me, as i posted earlier i will post up graphs once the new tailshaft is sorted.
  11. yeah im not sure what the issue is there as our cars (8cm T517Z's) both make way over that at those road speeds. i can only assume you had the 10cms not the 8cms. i hate the 10cm version as they are laggy... very similar to hks GT2540's. ah well once the tailshaft is replaced i will run it up again and do a speed and rpm (bit of a hassle but all good) based graph.
  12. BUGGER Had it on the dyno last nite...... uni broke.... holed the floor pan..... nuff said. (plently of SAU on lookers) dyno sheets next week.
  13. BUGGER Had it on the dyno last nite...... uni broke.... holed the floor pan..... nuff said. (plently of SAU on lookers) dyno sheets next week.
  14. i am putting it back on the dyno tonight to chase up a electrical problem encountered in adelaide, i will post dyno chart tommorrow.
  15. stay away from castrol edge and penrite syn 5..... turns to water in rb's. my 2c's oh yeah pay no attention to the oil test done in street commodores a few months back which royal purplue won.... it was a crock of shite, they used grease testing rigs to test oils... morons.
  16. i just fitted the 8cm T517Z to our car and it is far better than the 2860's ive used previous. i dont recommend the 10cm T517z's though as they are a bit laggy for my liking. our car made 290rwkw at 14.4psi and 328rwkw at 17psi std dumps.
  17. farken sweet car, but those coilovers are fkn shite. ive had to send more back than we sold i rekon..... one set even speared into a evo bonnet!!! strut top broke and the shaft kissed the bonnet.
  18. ^^ its ok Epolly, now that you have proved you own the cars you mention im sure you will become a respected member of SAU. We just had school holidays here in australia and unfortunately many kids come on board and talk/type crap all day long, there are many people on here that dont even have cars that pretend they do so it takes a while to pick who is worth answering and who is worth ignoring
  19. sorry i did not see it, my bad. send it through again and i will give you all the info. I only import it aswell as all the other gear (blitz/apexi/trust) but i can lead you in the right direction.
  20. Honestly if a tuner cant tune emanage they must be either retarded or plain stupid. The emanage is by far the easiest ecu to tune i have encountered to date.
  21. at one point? dont you mean the whole weekend?.... thank feck i found the problem last night......
  22. yeah that is the same as the kit i use in our S13 (220rwkw) and it does the job fine, im sure if you wnet to your local autobarn they would match that price and you would have the peace of mind of having warranty. Greddy will not honor any warranty on products sold outside its dealers.
  23. yeah i remmember, we are using the ultimate in CATS race car and the blue in our street car. we are upgrading the emanage blue in the street car soon but i think cat has some one interested in it as it is a plug and play kit for S13.
  24. None GTR front pipes and s13 cat back line up perfectly
  25. yeah what a dissapointing weekend at round two of DA for DCR, we had issues with the car all weekend.... somewhere in the 10yo factory GTR loom is an evil power robbing wiring gremlin.... car would not rev over 5000rpm consistantly.... bring on the next round. i was suprised she qualified mid field with such a misbehaving car .....
