  3. nothing wrong with the flapper boost control was perfect, housing is garbage.

  5. in gate vs ext gate td06l2 int gate 18psi ext gate 17psi td06sh-25g on sr22 (nistune) low and high boost (red run is 14 sec pull so its artificially responsive) it was done to make sure det was 3-4degrees off regardless of load.

  11. as i pointed out its not a critism, just an observation of a posible oversight. 100% differrent ramps even the start point is differrent. unigroup is very well regarded and whever we get asked for a good place to get a nistune or whatever in syd we send em that way.

We have that with a low mount T67 and camtech drop ins, the std manifold was a restriction over 300 we topped out @ 327 dropping to 320 after about 10 pulls with the t67 in a conservative track tune. We gained about 15rwkw consistant through the mid and top and found it would hold more timing on top again due to the drop in exhaust pressures. Manifold was a low mount 6 boost item with matched runners, they had to do it twice but the second one was bang on and with a similarly conservative track tune pulls 340rwkw repeatedly. The original manifold had two gate outlets (either side of splitter) going to one blitz 47mm wastegate (dual outlet gate). http://www.skylinesa...ttach_id=142838 I dont consider this test to be a rule, just what we found... same car same mods just a different manifold.
  13. yeah be-careful nissan injectors hate high rail pressures and start to stutter misfire up near 100% duty.

  16. same for SR20, killer pistons just PIA to setup, you can modify the locator pin and rotate enough to gain good clearance.
  17. this is a good example of a td06h-25g 10cm (will post graph fri or sat when i get to the shop) over 400rwkw and 4200rpm it reaches it target boost threshhold of 24-25psi i would go 12cm trust version on a rb30d
  18. 2mins to reload tune, amazed your car is even running after initialising it... you rotate the whole unit to adjust the voltage.

  20. I dont want to start a shit fight but you cant use that bottom graph as a comparison as the two ramp rates are miles apart... If you look at the first graph both runs start at the same point on the 3250rpm line.... this means same ramp loading. Now look at the second graph each start point is differrent (about 10mm higher) this shows a completely different ramp rate (higher which gives false response gains) Killer results, just not a good comparo. im sure its just an oversight. Its a good way to check comparos in the future as we see it all the time.

Cold start on e85 is no issue even e100 but you need to have pulse and crank ms specific adjustments to get ti first crank everytime... scotty your start issues would have stemmed from the fact the emanage does not have it, some of the nistune model definitions (most models are there r32, s13 etc) are yet to extract this data also. i take it vipec or link is in the works?

  24. correct slide the tps to adjust the tps voltage. Andrew fitting up some 02 sensors to your car will help ten fold too especially your cruise trims. Once you set your tps drop past one sat and i will check the idle lambda for you, your 26 had a vac leak through the old idle control valve (going on your above statements) so your idle mixtures will be way off now its fixed. not gonna cost you a cent.
