  1. 329 @ 19psi about 345 @ 21psi. i reckon ive posted around 5 or so setups over the years. (do a quick search they may pop up)

  5. sometimes the temp comp gets a bit screwy on them during (maybe 1%) read and writing and it it may have been overlooked sometimes the values go to 255, just do a compare against the values and the std binary.

Howdy, just letting everyone know that i have started my new role and the workshop will only be open for public tuning on Saturdays, the rest of the time will be set aside for development etc. Any booking must be made via Cat on 0414 944146, any non urgent messages can be left on 03 97923333 as it wont be checked daily, whereas cats will be.

  10. ^^ yeah i get asked alot why i wont just leave the injector duty on a car @ 100% if the afr's are fine..... (as i always back it back down). Honda injectors seem ok as the factory setup generally runs them at 100% in the std tune, nissan 370's do really weird things over time and various other makes start to do all kinds of weirdness... so regardless of the customers wishes its a steadfast rule that i wont run them @ 100% 100% is something to be avoided even if your tailpipe afr is ok as the individual cylinders may be far from it.
  11. id look at exhaust hangers, and put a flex pipe in the dump. I bet its vibration not heat.

  14. in over 50 done that way weve never had an issue so i will keep doing the same thing
  15. plug in the left over plugs, or look for broken or misplaced ones.
  16. 7600 is the default setting i usually use, 8200 for those that need a few extra legs much over this on a r33 and its touch and go (valve train) the neo is happy to about 8500... but all is pointless if the turbo rolls over @ 7k... a bit of over rev is good to keep you off the limiter. Its common practice in japan to up the limiter to 8800-9000 on rb's to stop you actually hitting them and destroying oil pump gears.

  18. MAf table is tps vs rpm (program tps first) IGN and injection adder tables are load vs rpm. does it trace down in any of the maps or only accross?

  21. identical, high mount is only to package things easy, turbo placement has no bearing on results.
  22. i line hone then fit bearings to each journal then measure it. we then grind / linish crank to get exact clearances on each journal.
  23. 6boost do a low mount setup, i tuned one with a t67 and came up great... 340 @ 19psi
  24. conservative BP98 tune, peak timing was only 9 odd degrees took 12 no dramas.. but being std i was worried about longevity as it gets the shite drifted out of it.
  25. 10cm only for rb25 reckon. 8cm will miss out on too much mid torque and kw. If you got it run with it but if it was mine id use the 10cm.. ive had a few IW gates not perform so until i can confirm it being the turbo or the car i will stick to the ex gate.
