hey the cams are fine we have used shloads. i reckon your just unlucky with the combination of valve springs and restrictors, ive used the same restrictor combination with no issues on softer valve springs. i would swap out the resrictors before pulling cams and so forth... why compromise a killer engine (streetforced engines are well built and ive never had an issue with any on the dyno and ive had @ least 15 or 20 through) by removing cams etc... just swap out the restrictors.

i have the egt data from the greddy plenum on gtr somewhere on my laptop from the engine dyno testing i will post it up later just for interest sake. std GTR plenum compensation is minimal. i did post it all up before but not sure where.

or gtr rail and spacers. Use the rb25 rubber seals in manifold or get adapters.

^^ i have a customer with a mx5 that had a 1cm raduis chunk missing off the crown of a piston and it comp tested fine... comp test can be misleading.

do a fairly agressive leak down test on it (@ operating temp), it will tell you whats going on. Here's one we did not long ago. i reckon they have done something to my account as i used to be able to download 3mb in an instant.... literally click and it would be done... now it take nearly 30seconds (usually download 30mb in that time)

spewin (about ridiculous towing fee) i just saw this, i drove past it on sunday as its close to my shop.... and thought poor bastard. Dude i have cradle $150 and arms $50 sitting here if you get stuck and cant find anything. It will need rear cradle, it wont be noticeable but the lower mount ALWAYS moves a few mm.... its all easy to fit.... most complete r32 rear cradles go for $400 with all arms, fitting is around 30 mins max 50mins.... so approx $120.

Whats an acceptable download speed, im not a internet know-all unfortunately. Over the last month its slowed to nearly a standstill (as test below shows) plan is ADSL 2 + BigPond ADSL Liberty* (25GB) 20000/1000 and paying good money for what i beleive is a snail pace internet service. speed test results; Mirror: Telstra Bigpond Data: 3 MB Test Time: 28.95 secs Your line speed is 846 kbps (0.85 Mbps). Your download speed is 106 KB/s (0.1 MB/s).
