  1. Dude do you really think offering "cash" justifies a $3000 price drop? How else do you think he expects payment? Magic beans? Nice car btw i reckon its worth the price.
  2. But seriously guys I have been in this car many a time and it is VERY quick and has unbelievable response (basically no more lag than stock turbo). It also has a wicked note, sounds very tough indeed.
  3. I bid 1 kilo
  4. nah standard gearbox, and yeah smoke was probably just cobwebs, i just came across another thread with exactly the same symptoms and people said snapped speedo cable so i'll look into that cheers
  5. Ok well I've had my R32 gts-t (1992) for a year now and nothing has gone wrong until last night. first thing; started it up and there was a fair bit of smoke as it warmed up, which doesnt usually happen, then after a minute or so I noticed the speedo and odometer had stopped working. Its a Nismo 260kmh one and the tacho/other dials were working fine. Then I noticed my power steering had failed, and the HICAS dash light had come on, and stayed on. Popped the hood and couldnt see anything loose/obviously wrong. So does anyone have any ideas as to what these symptoms could mean? I have no idea...only thing I can think of is that Dr Drift remapped my ecu about 2 weeks ago, he also put a new manual BC in because my EBC was spiking and maybe this has something to do with it. Cheers for reading
  6. hey man, my dad owned one for 3 years and I was lucky enough to drive it for a while (just got my license before he got rid of it). Anyway theyre a wicked car to drive, we both loved it. There is a bit of a torque 'hole' but I didnt find it to be a problem at all or even annoying for that matter. I don't get what all those people are on about when they say its such a problem, they must be lazy drivers or something, as long as you keep the revs sufficiently high (and its not like you need to wind out every gear) its fine and you will have a lot of fun. Awesome interior and factory stereo too.
  7. Turbo + elbow, minus actuator. Good condition, has been running fine just took it off to fit an R33 turbo. Sth East suburbs Melbourne $70 0432928702
  8. I've taken off the nuts and everything but there is a plastic clip of some kind holding the centre support to the boot - i have tried squeezing/breaking it but its in an awkward position - have to reach through a small hole to get to it. Is this normal or is it not actually attached to the spoiler, rather its being held on by something else I haven't noticed?
  9. the smallest gauge I could find was still a fair bit bigger than that of the gauge (apexi) and the people I asked said it would probably have too much resistance so I didnt buy any of it, do you think it would still work fine? And yeah I got a multimeter but before I tried to use that to find a good wire, I connected it to the headlight circuit and it lit up so I thought that was the job done, I just didnt get why the gauge light wouldnt turn off when the headlight switch was off..
  10. yeah I couldnt find any extra wire that was a small enough diameter to run it that far, so I'm trying to connect it to the lights, I just don't know where the correct circuit is.
  11. I read the other threads about this and tried splicing off the parker lights, problem is, the boost gauge stays lit even when the lights are switched to off. I tried all of the wires in that harness, 3 caused it to light up but each time it remains lit when turned off. What do I need to do to fix this? edit: seems I have mistaken the headlight power for the parker lights, can someone tell me where the parker light circuit is in the r32s? I'm no good with wiring.
