Throw some boost into the typhoon.

A 3" hi flow cat and 3" dump/front pipe is all you need to finish the exhaust off. If you just get the dump pipe the front pipe will still be restricting the flow. So what you would ideally be looking for is a 3" dump/front pipe. Yes the dump will bolt straight onto the stock turbo. You will see greater power gains with the exhaust system finished off, and will get more boost yes. 8-9psi

Was the reason you need a new one because you were running 14psi on your last? As wlspn said go for slide or GCG hi flow, but i guess it comes to what you can afford. If you do get a stock turbo I and thousands of other people would suggest running 12psi max.

You will be looking at 180-200, depending how happy the dyno is. You going to keep stock cat and cat back? You will know if your car is tuned good by how it runs and its A/F ratios, not necessarily the power it makes.

If u need tyres just for a little bit just buy my stockies off me. 95% tread. $300. then when u get ur new rims sell the ones u bought off me. It will end up costing u 100-150 bucks that way

Sell up and get a silvia S15. If you like the R8 take one for test drive, you may like it more then these other guys.

Wait till you get your licence then learn... There is no reason to be driving at 15... If you own acreage then fair enough go on that but otherwise stay of the roads. You have less then a year to start driving so you dont have to wait that long... Also i wouldnt reccommend droppin car into drive from 5000rpm. THe box will go before you know it and then you have no car to drive. Once you get your licence, gain the basic skills needed then if you like go to a defensive driving programme.

You can always find a good ECU, but then you have to find a good tuner... I would say find a tuner first. Then see what he would prefer to use and why.
