hey from the top of my head my R33 turbo had 45v3 or 4 on it (not sure) and its a series 2

you wont need a complete remap again but you will need to take it for a tune ASAP my tuner set mine to 1 bar. he said that will be fine

well im guessing you have put a few mods on there and that is what i think is causing the flat spots. Have u re gapped your plugs to .8mm? Checked your coilpacks for cracks? check your AFM is performing properly. (By the way do you have a full exhaust???)

my AFM seems to be in pretty good nick from what i can see anyway. like i said it has only happend twice cheers

well i mainly did it for drag and its only done it twice so something is definitely triggering it off at times. Cheers...

Hey guys, I own a 93 r32 gts-t, mods are displayed as you can see. (Plugs are roughly 1000kmz old and i cleaned my standard coil packs with contact cleaner not long ago) I experienced some sort of speed or fuel cut while driving in 3rd gear (flat foot.) Its only happened twice and both times have been roughly around the 115km/h mark. All of a sudden it stops reving even though my foot is still down. But once i take it off and put it back down again everything seems to be fine. My Ecu is remapped and im running 1 bar of boost. Has anyone experienced this or know of? Cheers Adrian.

Hey My advice to you would be to have your tune booked in straight after the r33 turbo installation. give or take a few days. whilst driving with the turbo on i wouldnt take it past 3000rpm until the tune. An r34 sidemount would do the job but id go the FMIC. Justjap coolers are perfect. Cheers

Hey I just installed an r33 turbo on my rb20 and the spool up does sound different to what the rb20 turbo did.

Hey thanks for the reply but now that my boost controller connects to it where does that missing hose connect to. Is it doing harm to the car or the charcoal canister or anything Cheers

Hey guys i have a r33 turbo in at the moment and i had to change spark plugs due to missfire. Everything seems fine now that i have done that. Pulls very hard. Only thing is that when i have put the crossover pipe back together i have noticed the thicker hose from the charcoal canister is going nowhere. the smaller one is going to one of the lines next to the crossover pipe. The other line is connecting to my turbotech boost controller, which leads the thicker hose from the charcoal canister doing nothing. Has this been changed by my mechanic when he put the 33 turbo in. how is it possible that your car marks 202 or 230rwkw on standard turbo. There has to be something wrong. 230kw at the flywheel maybe.

hey Just noticed a problem the other day regarding a tapping noise at the rear of the car. It sounds like a metal tapping noise "TICK TICK TICK" wen i take off. Not sure if it happens at high speeds because i cant hear much. Any idea Where this could be coming from, Suspension - Bearings etc. Sorry if it doesn't explain much but any help would be appreciated. Cheers Adrian
