Did an oil change today and used motul due to it being more readily available here than my regular drop. Whilst at repco I saw an all synthetic from penrite called SIN. Has anybody had any experience with it. Going by the price it would want to be some good schizzz.

There are people involved in this forum that know more about skylines than your average mechanic would ever dream of. Given my time over i would gladly pay them to check out a car i was interested in before it even got near a rwc joint. Fortunately I dont have the probs you do but in hindsight I could have. Its one thing to have a car with sound mechanicals but when you are dealing with grey imports there are a lot of other issues to be considered. There are Normally aspirated tintops in the states running six's. Last time I looked anderson was running as low as 6.7's at just over 200 mph on tunnel rammed holleys. The factory hotrods (prostockers) arent that light either. The donk and lenco tranny alone would weigh what some of the wankel powered cars weigh.
