The new exec team are working their collective arses off to bring you the events, Its up to you guys to provide the membersip side of the deal. The first of 4 major club cruises for the year has just been posted in the events section. Get on it! Hope to catch up at an event some time soon.

Date. May 15th Time. 8.30 Location. Macdonalds Yamanto. Well peeps the much talked about western flood cruise is OOONNNN! I have scouted the route and the roads are in good skyline friendly condition. WE will depart the rendezvous and swing out via Amberly on to rosewood then through Laidley to forest hill next town Gatton and then through devestaded Granthem. From granthem we will take the old toowoomba road and then turn off on the Gormans gap road to flagstone creek road which winds its way up to Toowoomba. Its the back way to the city and is largely unkown by most. Once in toowoomba we will head for picnic point where we will hook up with a couple Toowoomba liners for a chat and a leg stretch and then proceed to withcott for a counter lunch. From there its a short drive down the toowoomba road to brisbane and home. Cruise duration. Will be about 1 & 1/2 hours give or take 15 minutes or so and withcott is about 15/20 minutes toward home from picnic point. I have used a just jap 100 mil thick cooler 4 the last 4 years and made up to 420 rwkw with no end in sight. Pressure drop has been too small to even consider so if you want my opinion dont waste the mega dollars others are asking for brand name stuff. Unless you want to go to the upper stratosphere in hp it just isnt worth the coin.
