Adding power is all well and good but it is far better to remove weight. The lighter car is far kinder on brakes tyres etc and can generally carry more corner speed due to lower inertia, g,s or whatever you want to call it.

Remove headlights and gut them. Remove tail lights. Cut a sheet of carbon fibre to suit the tail light hole and add a couple of small led brake lights to the carbon. Piss the rear view mirrors off and replace with small light manual jobs. Remove the rear reo bar. Pull the dash out and throw away all the unnneccessarys, heater and ac box's etc. Lose the glove box. Throw out the stereo and all the speakers. gut the doors Lose the centre console Replace glass with lexan etc etc. Just look over the car carefully and if it isnt required throw it out.

All very impressive mate but that doesnt alter the fact that the gtr has an issue with the gertrag box. For the few years i've been involved in the skyline scene its been common knowledge that there are issues when they are leaned on hard. There is one down at Dan's workship as we speak with this very problem.

You may be right Zeb, Even screamer pipes sound like a busted arse to me. The anger of a hot rb on the other hand gives me wood. (or as close as you can get to it at my age)

For those who claim a j engine sounds better than an RB, clean ya farken ears out. The j can scream but it cant snarl like an angry rb. They are both amazing engines and can punch well above their weight. 1000 plus hp is achievable in either camp. Yes the toyota can be made to handle, there are some fine examples of quick track cars around but you have to throw a shitload more coin at them to achieve it. Drive what you like, they both outdo the local product by a wide margin but someone should have drowned the tool that designed the supra body.

Try the sunshine motorway coming in to brisbane every friggin morning, It makes the ippy m/way look like a bloody race track.

The hour of the day I drive the motorway i have it to myself. As soon as I get off the western freeway at toowong the bullshit begins. How can A whole half of brisbane have such a farked up traffic system. So many single lane roads carrying major traffic winding through built up areas. Its a bloody travesty!

I.ve been quoted just over 500 a corner for that size from a local guy who deals only in slicks and semi's Snowy. Over 200 a pop cheaper than the direzza's. Gotta be worth a try at that price.
