I was also thinking of doing the rb25 convesion in my gts4, im currently running an rb20 with 220kw. Mods are: wolf v500 ecu, 32 gtr gearbox, excedy hd clutch, 2871r turbo and other supporting mods fuel pump etc. with the wolf ecu, gtr gearbox and the 2871r .I know i have an awsome base for an rb25 coversion. Ive got a few questions: Do you think its worth doing an rb25 conversion? How much would the engine cost? and How much would it cost me to do the conversion? Is it an easy conversion? And would the gtr gearbox fit the rb25 easily? thanks

Hey everyone I went to speedparts in berwick to ask about a clutch. They called excedy and i spoke to a salesperson from excedy. He said a multiplate would not last aslong as a single plate because of how much stopping and starting i will be doing on the street, He also said i dont need the clamping pressure of the twin plate. Then said i need the longevity of the cushion button. Is this true? i thought a twin plate would last longer. I was quoted 600 for the excedy heavy duty cushion button. Should i go with the button, cushion button or twin plate? keep in mind the twin plate is $2000(i think)? Thankyou

Hey everyone, Ive got a r32 gts4 with gtr gearbox and twin plate clutch. It ran 13.6 with 160kw atw with the previous owner. I have the time slip and dyno read. What do you think it would run down the 1/4 mile with 210kw atw? And would it beat a VE gts? My friend has one, he thinks id have no chance against it. THanks in advance

yes its seized, needs replacing. i found a compressor on the sau for $50, do u think its worth buying it if i dont know wether it works? I thought they were worth above 250?? thanks

I took the belt off the compressor and started the car with aircon on. it ran normally. The compressor needs replacing.

Hey everyone. I was driving my rb20det r32 when it was raining today with the aircon on and my car started making a hising noise then the engine turned off. I pulled over and turned the aircon off then started the car and it ran normally. I drove for a while then turned the aircon on and it started making the hising noise again and threatened to turn off. What could be the problem? Im sure its only related to the air-conditioning because it boosts, sounds and idles normal. Thanks in advance.

Hey everyone I have a viper alarm installed in my r32. The remote start was disconnected before i bought it but it is still inside the car. Also my remote central locking has stopped working. I have been quoted $150 to reconnect the remote start. Can anyone tell me how to fix this without paying to much. Thankyou
