Well it hasn't been driven in about 15 years and the entire exhaust plus the manifold is removed. Would've loved to see the kids face though, imagine a 17 yr old staring at it with the keys in his hand knowing he can't steal it!!

If my car is running by then I'm keen

You'll find a way, good luck with it

Happy to help out, all these performance place bookmarks are good for something That's a official supplier of GP sports, so you'll be able to find out who can source it for you. May have to import it however. The things we do for our cars...
-
Bingo!! just found a place... body kit Enjoy, it'll look damn nice when you get it.
-
Wow, that's one hard kit to find. Best bet I was able to find is Jracing.com.au They sell GP sports kits for 180s and may be able to source one for you if you give them a call. The official name of the kit is GP sports G-Four. Good luck, hope that helps.

Ah geez, sorry my bad, it's early haha It's a GP sports kit, here's the front.. I'll just find you a place that sells it, one sec. Just finished work and tired

Hey there that's a Do-Luck kit. You can order it through psiparts.com.au. Enjoy Oh, and yes that kit is sexy, front bar sucks, but the side skirts and rear bar will be going on my car along with a drift wing I can post a pic of the front of it if you like.

Mate sorry to hear about your steering wheel getting flogged. Want to know how bad the justice system really is? This happened to a mate. He woke up to find that his cars and bikes along with some electrical goods had been stolen. Ford XR6, holden astra convertible, R1, some type of yamaha, was lucky the ferrari wasn't nicked as well(it had the exhaust removed so couldn't be taken). Anyway, he reports it all to no avail. However 2 nights later the thieves are caught in a nearby suburb doing breakins with his cars. They catch 2 of the thieves out of 7(good effort that) and lock them up. The 2 kids turn out to be 13 and 17 yrs old and have in their possession the keys to his R1 bike which is all he really wanted back. turns out these kids have a bit of a rap sheet, 39! convictions of break and enter and numerous car stealing charges. They refuse to give up the location of the R1 and the cops let them go with a slap on the wrist of "don't do it again". After 39 times of getting caught and let go I'm sure they won't do it again Todays kids are seriously f**ked up. Sell the bikes and buy a new steering wheel and get them to do some community service like paint your house as suggested. Only way they will ever learn. Get their parents to paint the house too, for raising such terrible little sh*ts. thieves p*ss me off.

Mate, count me in for a 3 inch metalcat, as long as no welding is required

Well then.. I guess they took away my reason for being on this website. Like Tinks and Primordial have said the Hornsby and Central Coast threads have rarely had problems on them although I understand that if you close one then you must close everything to keep things even. Still, in my eyes I'm rather unimpressed as I am on these forums simply to talk to the community which is the whole reason I liked SAU in the first place, the fact that everyone is so welcoming and we're all friends. I'm sure I'm wnot the only one who is just going to pay SAU no mind because of this. While I'm aware that you did what you had to do, I hope and would be almost certain that you are aware of how many members you are going to have lose interest because of this. SAU is not just a place to gain information on our hobby, it's a friendly community(at least it is around Hornsby and the Central Coast) and I'm pretty put out by the actions that have been taken. You've given me and many others a reason to wonder why we joined if we can't even talk to the friends in our area.

Help On Styling...!.. Have A Mini Project Happening ;)
Zilch* replied to rami's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
Mate I like the mean jap look you're talking about, hence why my car is dropped and failry stock looking with driftek rims. I'm not too crazy about putting a big decal on a car though, I like the shopping list on the doors but if I was too ever put a graphic design on the car itself I would probably pay a fortune to have it airbrushed. Still if you like the look if it then that's what matters in the end, don't be bullied by peoples opinions of your car. Here's a pic to help you decide Good luck with it and give Taran a Pm, he can point you in the right direction. -

Dr Doof where are your manners!! You should be helping a Hornsbyite get some business here!! Hey mate PM Taran on here, he makes these kind of graphics for a living and should be able to help you out. -
Hey mate, they are Bomex rear pods. You can get them at nismo.com.au I'm pretty sure they'd deliver to you. They only have a price for the rear pods and the rear bar as a package at $495. You may be able to buy them separately however, hope this helps. Cheers Steve

The same switch you clicked left to fold them in, should fold them out when clicked to the right. If that doesn't work then you probably have a problem with one of the motors.
-
Don't bring me into this
-
Regardless, they should not be jay walking in front of cars, that's just asking for a Darwin award, I remember this idiot in Hornsby who thought that he would wait until AFTER the lights went green for cars. Walked out in front of a bike and the guy on the bike gave him an earful. He responded by making a gesture at the guy on the bike so he promptly ran over his foot!! I'll bet he learned his lesson after that... Probably broke his foot too.

This is going to sound stupid.. bear with me. I had the same problem, changed the AFM, cleaned AAC valve, reset ECU, checked plugs etc etc nothing worked. Turns out there was a loose connection with the battery ie not fixed on properly, tightened that and had no more problems. So try that.
