would there be a way of fixing it without taking the dash apart. ie resetting it, etc?

Still no luck with the wriggling. At the moment I'm going with the immobilizer being screwed up.

Nope, no turbo timer. I'd say it's either a fuse or the immobilizer playing up.

I'll have another look at the fuses but I think it could be the immobilizer screwing up.

could be...hope not! Any way of checking without pulling the dash apart? Good thing I got a case of red bull today! It's going to be one bloody long night.

Yeah but it won't turn over, that's the problem.

I'd say it's something to do with the cables as I can't even turn on the lights (inside or out) or even unlock the car with the central locking.

As far as I can tell they are fine but I could be wrong. Anyone know any good sparkies willing to make a call at midnight?

nah, the battery is fine, it's got full charge. I might see if any of the wiring has come loose elsewhere.

Yeah, it's odd, I had to open the car with the key because there is no power going to the alarm, central locking, anything.

Yeah it's in park (auto), I took the battery out and put it on the charger which said the battery had full charge, all the connections are tight. The only thing I've done to it since my last drive was the new indicators but after I installed those the still started.

Well looks like I'm out of the show and shine tomorrow as the 32 won't start. The battery is fully charged but the engine won't even turn over....any suggestions? Thanks for the well wishes everyone. My day was going really well until I tried to start the 32... still, I haven't lost all hope in getting it started in time for the show and shine tomorrow. Flick, you only know my real name because I bought your 32.

I'm out...I tried moving the 32 to the main part of the drive and it won't start. The battery is fine and is fully charged but the engine won't even turn over. Epic fail.
