Lainine Anderson writes articles in newspapers and one of her most recent articles was about all the people in "hoon" cars going straight from the pub to hills, hence the "wasted wankers on wheels" tag. I think it happened about a week or two ago.

In the thread on ht.net the comment was made that if they saw it laying on the ground they would probably just leave it there.....although if you have a closer look at them the do look rather nice......still not 500k nice though. Edit: Where did you find that Mitch?

Don't forget that they could be used as an investment. Although we aren't into watches there are those who get off on that sort of thing and would be willing to pay large amounts to get one...or nine.

I have one....I just cbf getting it out. I'll take better pics on monday but it's only the standard guards roughly fitted. The indicators line up way better now although I want to try and make them match the headlights a bit better.

Shouldn't be. The place where Flick got the viva guards painted have a tin of the stuff and they did a good job with that so it shouldn't be too much of a headache. I'm more worried about how much it's going to cost to fill in the holes for the side indicators.

I was joking about the sick thing. There are quite a few bright orange cars getting about these days but I doubt many of them have a gold pearl like mine does.

Just finished putting the "new" guards on the 32 and everything lines up way better...I'm looking forward to how it will look once everythings been painted and fitted by a pro.

Cheers for the offer Andrew. Adrian has offered a set but if he needs them for some reason I'll let ya know. Tread doesn't matter as I'm selling the starcorps hopefully next week and I need a set until I can get dohmar's rims and tyres.

I've still got to get your rims then get the new front bar then get it and the guards painted. I'll also need to get the holes for the side indicators on the guards filled which will equal extra $$$
