Great to meet a few fellow skyline drivers!!! Shame about the bogandores and utes ripping skids though. It's been ages since i last went out on a thursday night cruise as i normally play sport on a thursday night. I'm definately up for a skylines cruise and am looking forward to the one on the 20th may! OOR34, you'll have to get glenn to come out as well once his stereo's all finished!

My 34's all nice and clean now, so i'll be there tonight. Not sure how long i'll stick around for yet though. Depends if i bother going on this other cruise or not. Could someone please tell me where the "New Ikea" is?? Is that at Springwood??? Sorry but i have no idea! Also, if someone could please pm me their mobile no. just incase i need to catchup somewhere along the way??? Cool, well i'll probably show up at Sunnybank Macca's to meet a few skyline members before heading over to meet up with my other friends at garbo.

I'm meeting up with a few friends (from antrx.com) on Thurs night. We're meeting up at Garden City around 8ish and then possibly heading out for a bit of a cruise, so depending where you guys end up, might seeya around. Or if you's wanna stop by and say hi, you're more than welcome!!! The more the merrier!

Spotted white 33 GTR, plates NSM033 on Kessels Rd this morning around 9ish. Looked very nice! Also a black 32 with no front number plate, chick driver, on Kessels Rd at the lights waiting to turn right into where Dept of Transport and Trade Secret etc are.

Wow!! That looks hot!! Personally, I'm not a big fan of the drift wing, I think the Daewoo that gets around ipswich with one on it ruins it for me... But each to their own!!! Why not just go wingless???

I also have an R34 GTT. I've had it since just before chrissy and this has only happened to me twice since buying the car. I know that the slip and tcs lights were definately on, but can't remember if the malfunction one was lit up as well. I just kept driving and noticed that they switched off after 15 mins or so by themselves on both occassions... i didn't notice if the exhaust was sounding weird though... I'd also like to know why this is, if anyone can shed some light on it???

I may make an appearance, depending on how lunch goes and what time we finish. Not sure if i'll make it in time for the meets along the way, but might just catch up with everyone at the spit.

And little bro (HR31_RB20DET) will be there in his 31 as well... I'll make sure he is.

Yeah i'll bring the 34 out for a cruise! Hopefully i'll get a few other mates and their skylines as well to come along.

Yeah it was a pretty good effort. I normally don't scoot down the left hand lane, going past there, but for some reason this morning i decided to and got buggered up because of the accident. I'm surprised the traffic wasn't too bad going through there.

Spotted MRO33 this morning on kessels road around 8.15am, I was the white R34 4 door who passed you on your left going past the QEII hospital...

Spotted 53XYN on Kessels Road just after 10.30am this morning. Got a flash and a wave!!!

Hi all, I'm relatively new as well, and haven't had a chance to get out and meet other members. My name's Teena and i have a R34 GT-T four-door manual. It's got the nismo kit on it, and pretty stock except for the exhaust. I picked up the skyline just before christmas last year. I also have a U13 Bluebird SSS which i will be eventually selling (well maybe....) I'm usually around either the Westside or Redland Bay area. Hope to meet other members one day.

I hit a pot hole in ipswich. It was an existing pothole which had been repaired, but the repair bitumen had slid away making another pot hole before the existing covered up one. Anyways, i buckled my 17" mag on my bluey after not seeing the hole and being unable to swerve around it at the last second. I took photos of the pothole and road and had my mag sent away to be repaired. I filled out a compensation claim form to have the $125 to be repaid to me for the cost of the mag repair. I received a letter from one of the councillors saying they refused my claim as it was the road that simply had another pot hole and not the repaired part which had done the damage. Not too mention the bloody councillor then had the nerve to send me a christmas card a few months later...

My poor car... Yeah i love it. I test drove a silver 4 door GTT at Motorvation down at burleigh, but the gearbox and clutch felt really dodgey and it just looked really ordinary and had a fair bit of surface rust in it. As soon as i saw mine at Import Auto Centre, i just had to have it. Took it for a test drive and put the deposit on it straight away. Just wish it had the clear indicators in the front bar though. Kape had told me about 2 months before the car came in that they were expecting it to come in late Oct and had shown me a pic of it at the auctions. I had heaps of trouble finding a 4dr turbo manual... I picked it up just before chrissy.

Yeah i bought the white 34 GTT manual sedan, with the nismo kit. I pretty much bought it straight off the boat. I had the deposit on it before compliancing was finished and picked it up as soon as the plate was on it. So it was never sitting in the yard, except for waiting for the compliance plate to arrive. Mark also had it organised for my alarm to be fitted while we were waiting on the plate, which was great. Saved me having to stuff around to get it done.

I bought my 34 from Import Auto Centre and were really impressed with Mark's (the manager) service. The only problem i have had with the car was the gay kenwood head deck that was in it was draining the battery, but Mark replaced the battery and also gave me money towards a new headdeck (instead of getting the old one repaired). They also provided me with a loan car (another 34, however, NA, tippy) for a week, seeing as i was initially told i could pick my 34 up a week before it was actually going to be ready. Furthermore, they also sent me a dinner voucher a few weeks ago as a thankyou for buying my car through them. Overall, i have been extremely pleased with my car and also Mark's service and would honestly recommend them to anyone!!! One of my friends bought his 32 through Street Machines and had heaps of trouble and received very poor service from one of the salesmen, who shall remain nameless... His turbo let go within one week of buying the car and had all sorts of trouble trying to get it replaced under warranty.

Yes, I agree with little bro, it was really nice to meet you Reggi, i'm still spooked that i spotted you at granard road a few weeks ago, then come home today to find your car next door and that you're mates with my neighbour!!!! Small world! Hope you had a few nice brewskis!!! Can't hear any noise coming from next door, so you must be having a quiet one...
