  2. nah 225/40 on a 9j is perfect I might fo to 235 I am havign some problems that im going to try and iron out today i tweeked my new suspensoin that i had put on it switched out my slave cylinder GREAT FEEL also installed a 2 way from a s13 180sx perfect swap, just gotta switch the prop shaft fitting and the rear cover

  6. you have to understand a normal tire lasts what 40,000 Miles? so thats almost 70,000 KM i think (i dont know the conversion off hand) If after 10,000 miles there is no uneven wear, its normal it would take 15-17,000 to show heavy uneven wear on a hard compound tire ill show you, i am ordering my airride friday, and ill keep a report with huge amounts of camber and tires wear
  7. i know guys that have ran -5 to -8* of camber on their rear wheels on large VIP sedans...and no irregular tire wear after a year.....
  8. and dont forget, when you lower it, it also messes up the toe horribly camber wont wear tires i ran my car (the 180) with almost 4 * of negative camber for 6 or 7 months with no irregular tire wear the Toe is drastically effected by the height of the car on the nissans rear setup.
  9. id reccomend 38-40 personally becuase it has a stretch on it
  10. 225 40 would suffice on an 8 inch wheel 235/35 would be fine as well
  11. with a 225/35 on an 8 its like a smalllll stretch how much camber were you running? it sounds like your rear toe was out, and cause it but regardless glad your ok!
  12. what size wheels if its a 9...id say that you had an improper alignment, which irregularly wore one strip of the tire, where it blew out and separated ive seen it happen before if its like a 7 wide, id say bad luck but if you hvae a streatched tire and improper alignment, it is unsafe
  13. the nismo arms arent lighter, just better bushings from what i observed your largest weight loss would be to remove your AC and all components then take out your seats, front and rear, and carpet get some dry ice, and hold it on your sound deadening then chip it away take out your spare wiper resivoiur loose all your heatshielding under the car change to hollow sway bars tubular links wheels CF hood FRP bumpers, skirts sunroof eliminators Remove front and rear crash bars replace with aluminum ones i can keep going, it all depends on how determined you are
  14. your best bet is to get hte Greddy relocation kit And then get a UNIVERSAL oil cooler and run your own lines Summit racing has them for reference. you can use a donor from many cars, including Mitsu Galant and others. costs around 230 USD total
  15. you CAN put i tin with the master cylinder in, but it takes some enginuity and a modified 10mm wrench....i had to do it

  17. cima > cedric > gloria cedric has the turbo Cima has the V8 give it a few months mates, it will be stellar once i get my air sus, and work out exactly what offsets i need to make the lip touch the fender when its dumped, it will all come together
  18. high power will yeild more power, but it is louder its a tradeoff silencers are your friend
  19. the simple reason you get a topmount mani to get a big ass turbo you are limited to the size on teh stock manifold...i could only get so big of a turbo and not worry about spacers, or going topmount other than that, its bling.
