just another really simple question (that is probably so simple it's stupid, but it's something that's been bugging me for a while) when you do an oil change - how do you get the old oil out of the cooler core/lines?

not necessarily... you just leave the nut on the end of the thread a few turns, and pull really hard.... that'll stop you smacking yourself in the head with the wheel when it suddenly comes off

i believe with the Kilcoy track that the car club that was organising it (was it the MG Historical car club or something) are still looking at going ahead with it, however, it may not be at the same location. i'm all for seeing lakeside re-opened, however it is an insurance nightmare for whoever takes it over, due to the track having little to no run-off areas in places, and the track starting to degrade due to little to no use over the last 4 or 5 years. i was actually out there a while back for a skidpan day, probably about a year or so after the complex had closed (there's a small skidpan at the back of the track) and even then, you could see that the place was starting to fall apart due to lack of upkeep on the council's behalf. don't get me wrong, i want to see it opened up again, however i can see it being a case of it may reopen, then the first time someone has a bit of an intimate encounter with the armco, they'll shut the place down again.

yes... yes i was i remember briefly speaking with you RE: the problem, and that i have had 4 nuts on my wheels for the last 9 months, however, i cannot remember the outcome of the conversation was a good night though!

if someone can supply a computer/internet connection (or even just internet connection) i'm in....

if your factory steering wheel has an airbag (not sure if 33's do or not) then they could probably defect/fine you for removing the airbag if you fit an aftermarket steering wheel as well... just something to bear in mind.

col, another thing they could (legally) defect you for with that BOV would be it being too loud (noise pollution)

i'm trying to think of an illegal modification to my car... i can't think of one off the top of my head...? i learnt my lesson when i was defected for one side of my front bar being 5mm too low (had a GTR front bar, that was slightly lower on one side for some reason?) and also had a parking light out that had just blown. i felt a bit jibbed that they picked on those items, but they were defective, so i guess i had to cop it on the chin. but the lesson to be learned i guess is make sure you're complying with the laws when you're modifying the car, and all will be sweet... you may still get defected, but you'll be able to get them cleared without any hassles.

so if i bought a dual filter relocator, a thermostat, and a oil cooler core, everything that is needed for installation would come with it? or would i need to get hoses made up?

the R32 rims... how many? just the 2?

cheers i might have to get a new front bar and rims and enter the show and shine or something.... are there any prizes for that?
