might have been posted before..
going buy the write up they give it, its apparently the fastest, but who knows.
he says he would have it over a bugatti veyron....
you will eventually get a resonable price. just got to be a little patient and be prepared to negotiate. i was luck enough to pick my 1.5 95 line with 88,oooks for only 11. then i see some people selling stock 32s for 12.. so it all depends on the right buyer for your price.. some people are desparate, others arent. luck of the draw when it comes to a few thousand either side of the general market value. good luck with it anyway.!
^^ true. only modification; i prob would get an aftermarket exhaust or something. but a proper one. the yubi or whatever there called they use on exotics like lambo and ferrari. nice wheels but yeah wouldnt stick em on. reminds me of the game, need for speed carbon
how much are you willing to spend all up??? IMO if your willin to spend a bit of cash id by a stock one and do exactly everything you want to do it. more personalized i guess... 13,000 not a bad price for a S2 stock. how many Ks?
ha yeah toads the man!
sound interesting... although i think i would rather leave it looking clean, quiet, simple and effective. kinda had that reason in mind when i made it, that if a cop looks under my hood its not going to look too dodgy.
cheers
an obvious one, but have you checked what oil your using maybe too thick on a cold start.
the previous owner may not have changed it in a while or maybe using one thats too thick. i just changed my oil today to a thinner one because of the cold months are closing in. prob not the answer, but you never know..
sorry nah i wont be making any extras. it seriously isnt that hard though.. just got to have some decent tools. time and an aviation engineer.( ) jk.
i used titanium simply becuase my stepdad works of aeroplanes and he got me some. no more than an a4 sheet size. maybe a little longer to ensure you cover the whole area you have cut out. however i have no idea where you can buy it, im sure just a bendable sheet of aliminium would do the trick.
i have a cold air intake from where one of the stock cooler pipe was, but had it there for the pod. i woundnt connect it up to the stock box because any induction underneath the box would bypass the filter.. but its still there..
post up ya pics if anyone has there snorkel done.
when i did mine, i followed the first pic.. i went from one bleed to another so it was a little simpler. it was confusing for me but the first pic worked for me.
