  1. Maybe wait to atleast friday to see if anyone else wants in, but im happy to pay now if need be [TOP RIGHT] NISSAN SKYLINE GTFOUR [AVATAR BOX] R34 in IMPACT TEXT If R34 is going where your symbol was, i dont mind having just GTFOUR on the last line since R34 GTFOUR might be a bit crampt whos good at vectors? the GT logo would look mad, but im also happy with R34
  2. Im fine with $65 As for the layout im happy with everything mentioned as far as R34 taking up the box where you symbol was but could i have First line: NISSAN Second line: SKYLINE Third line: GTFOUR instead of GT-T (obviously because mine isnt a gt-t ) I dont mind paying a little extra for the headache for the last line purely because gt-t would look silly in mine
  3. i definately go in if instead of R34-GTT to have R34-GTFOUR or if that doesnt fit R34 GTFOUR if its to much of a headache thats all good
  4. +1 definately interested in the whole lot how many people did you need for the braided version to go ahead?
  5. does it have dba rotors front and rear? the rotors 100% crack free? what are the pads like when cold?
  6. if you could get a quote for a s/s version to suit a r34 (would have it in a simular location to where yours is), with the speedflow fittings i would be keen. I believe you that there hasnt been any problems, i'd just rather have peice of mind when i'm booting the shit out of it, knowing that there is no way main oil lines will be leaking/popping off. Also, could the thermostat be intergrated into the s/s line?
  7. you can re-use them, but i dont know the torque specs off the top of my head, someone else will probably chime in although ARP head studs arent all that expensive
  8. Are the oil lines just held on by hose clamps? You've never had any problems with 90psi of oil running through them? Do they have a s/s braided version at all?
  9. very interested, how do you go about the oil pick up? is the stock one still used? is it safe to use the stock pickup in this kit?
  10. HAHAHA, im laughing so hard people are looking at me.... COMEDY GOLD
  11. R33 rb25 is side feed R34 rb25 neo is top feed
  12. did you by any chance cc your neo head? if so how many cc's was each combustion chamber?
  13. bloody hell, that thing will be insane on the street... 620rwhp and only 2 wheels to put the power through, theres only going to be one thing happening... WHEELSPIN
  14. page doesnt work, but i can tell you anything from ebay that says it will give you 15hp is dodgy if its what i think it is, it tells the ecu that theres colder intake temps so the ecu can run more timing, not clever. If you want a tune, get a safc as a minimum
  15. what temp does the thermostat open at? how much for the inline thermostat? cheers
  16. i would put an atmo oil catch can in and disconnect your oil breather to your intake, that should help the afm from getting sprayed in oil
  17. i use to have the factory xenons, but the pricks took them out when it was complied. I doubt you'll find many people with them since they would be in the same boat as me.
  18. thats just unlucky i would rather spend $420 on a genuine tial, then cough up nearly $800 for one here, but thats me
  19. im 99% sure lt8 are for 4cyls only, i had one on my celica, i think you'll need to run the lt10 series. But honestly, you may get the mircotech for anywhere between 900-1100, then you have to wire in it which is more $$$ if you cant do it. I would get a powerfc, plug n play = nice and easy
  20. get a paypal account, go on ebay, get a genuine tial 44mm from the US for $420 and it will be on your door step in a week, happy days
  21. This is where i start to get in the "flip a coin" state, once my motor is built i'll be aiming for around 450awhp on the street and about 500+awhp when on race gas (not very often), but im not sure to run a powerfc and use a q45 afm or to use another ecu with a map sensor. Preferably i would like to use a afm, but it seems that 500awhp will max out one, and i didnt really want to run a y pipe in the intake and half the afm values mainly because i would like it neat. if the q45 isnt up to the task, maybe i should just go map
  22. so would you have a high resolution q45 afm then? did it max out right on 560rwhp or was it a a while before that?
  23. is there a way to see which q45 is high or low resolution without plugging it in?
  24. im not normally a kw person, i would of thought 450rwhp would see a z32 maxing (abliet thats more than 300rwkws, just getting lazy with the conversions) anyhoo, not really interested in the z32 side of things, just what the q45 is capable of
  25. Hey everyone, I've tried a quick search on this subject but there hasnt been much clear cut info that i've found. The z32 is the more common choice, but for the people chasing bigger power again in a single afm setup, wheres the brick wall for the q45. I've heard that they read more and less than the z32, and some say it can read 500rwkws (which i find hard to beleive) so i'm not sure whats the real deal is. I've also read that the q45 can cause some problems at idle since its so big on a 2.5L, so im abit unsure on this. So who out there actually has a q45 wired into their car, and how is it like to drive? Have there been any problems? What sort of power are you making on it and importantly at those power levels what was the afm voltage at? Also who has actually maxed the q45 out and what power was it making/boost pushing? I've personally seen the stock afm run out of puff at the 200rwkw range, and the z32 gives up a bit past 300rwkw's, but the q45 is something i've always wondered about
