  1. seems like front passenger side, worst when full lock turning.
  2. Hey Guys, When turning at low speed or in the final stopping of braking I get a "body squeal". What could it be? how can I fix it?
  3. Using the iridium ones that autobarn sold me. Whatever they had in the book for the RB25DET.
  4. Hey, I got a r33 rb25det auto sedan. I recently installed the ~$20 turbotech boost controller and a boost gauge and bumped it to about 9psi. Problem is, when I plant the foot when the gauge hits about 4000rpm the car backfires a few times, hesitates, then gets the power and all seems good. Just wondering if anyone knows why this is? should I have t-pieced the gauge into the existing box thingy that the hose from the back of the intake manifold? does the ecu require this? is it running too lean\rich? and how much is a AFR gauge?
  5. I have r33 gtst s2 *** AUTO SEDAN *** and I chirp into 2nd. All I have is 3" Exhaust, HKS pod & 9psi, on a set of 16 inch 225's. Stock ecu, stock turbo, don't even have a shift kit No idea about my rwkw's. When i reset my ecu it gets even better
  6. Isn't it better that a rb30? RD28 - Stroke: 83.0 mm RB26 - Stroke: 73.7 mm RB30 - Stroke: 85.0 mm
  7. Hi, It stated on wikipedia that the Nissan RD28 Diesel engine is very similar to an rb block, but obviously diesel and single-cam. And that some ppl have used a custom head to convert to standard petrol. Does anyone know if a RB Head will bolt on to a RD28 block? If it does, then wouldn't it be a good option? aren't diesel blocks usually stronger? Nissan RD28 Diesel Bore: 85mm (guessing you would bore it out to 86mm if you have to) Stroke: 83mm
  8. well dont i feel like a d!ckhead, front right wheel, 1 nut missing, two i could undo with my fingers and the other two were pretty loose... scary. atleast wasnt as bad as my bro a few years back, put 2 nuts on a wheel of his gemini, forgot to tighten them up, nd the wheel came off on a corner.
  9. Done a quick search with google and found someone with same problem, but it was a maxda mx6, his problem was gearbox bearings. Could it be that?
  10. Hey Guys, Got a bad issue... on the way to work today I noticed a really bad knock sound coming from my car, I could even feel it thru the floor. Over about 40km/h, it gets faster with speed, not revs. e.g. in 2nd at 2500rpm it is louder than it is at 4000rpm in 1st. Its auto, stuck it in neutral, revs dropped to idle and the sound continued, so atleast *hopefully* sure its not the engine. So a knocking sound somewhere between back of the gbox to the diff. Could it be not enough oil in the diff? or something else?
