  1. Hi guys im currently getting my turbo's replaced on my r33 gtr and as i was there they were pulling the comp cover off the rear turbo and we noticed that the comp wheel has been semi chewed. Ive had the car off the road for a month now and it ran perfectly fine til i took her off the road. As far as i knew the stock turbos were in good condition. looks like it was fresh cause they were still metal filings in the comp area. We spinned the wheel and it still spun perfectly. Very weird, but anyway the question i would like to know is have i hurt the engine in any way?

  4. Now with larger turbos and more power my goal is a high 11 second pass on 20inch rims. How much power is required to do this? I ran a 12.9 sec pass with the 20in rims with the same mods in above post. so a .3 difference. What are your thoughts. Can this be done? And if anyone has done it would be good to know.
  5. i gave a hollow one to a friend from that car but cant remember if i ended up doing it to any others. i suggest you check it out. Last one i had on that was a magnaflow 3in cat i think. cheers

  7. upgraded my turbos for more power so i have no need for the stock items anymore. they saw 2 psi more boost than stock. came off my series 2 96model gtr. still in good condition. located in melbourne west. Dont have pics of them, there just r33 gtr turbos $350 ono Anth. 0433387334

  9. as topic states. In need for a hollow 3inch cat for my r33 gtr, uses stock flange setup. for trackwork ofcourse.. pm me details if u have one lyin around cheers Anth.

  12. yea man try lowering your boost. Your running a stock ecu. perhaps your boost controlller is spiking also.
  13. seems like your going to run a 1.1mm gap anwyay. was the post necessary. i think not. lmao
  14. might make it run worse as you have increased the boost to 10 psi. You might get a misfire with a 1.1 spark plug gap. just leave it at .8 If your worried about milage you should have left the car completely standard.
  15. stock injectors and afm ahould do around 280rwk before you come into too much trouble. I bought 540cc injectors for my car as i dont want a grenade setup as for the afm's..., dont qoute me on this but i think the standard r32gtst afm's have the same plug as the rb26. i read this somewhere a while ago. they are the same size as the gtr afms too, if this is the case they will do 400rwhp.

  17. lol i had the same problem a month ago. Car wasnt going as good for some reason for abit. split vac hose at rear of plenum . replaced the hose and shes good as new again
  18. SK, how much lower are these springs compared to standard r33 gtr vspec springs?
  19. sweet. abit off topic though now. I got the car off the road for all the upgrades, and im going to change the timing belt too. I got a standard nissan belt. Should i get a gates heavy duty one if i am going to be making 300+rwk or will the standard one do the job?
  20. you really shouldnt be offering 45 for a car like this. If i were you i wouldnt sell lower than 50k you can buy an import r34 gtr for 45k or less and i can assure you it will be a pig. i say let them buy a pig. Dont budge. Your car looks the goods
