WGMG- when people putting there windscreen wiper water jets on and your behind them, so u get overspray onto your car, then u have water dots all over your windscreen. i mean, i make sure theres no one behind me before i do it, and if theres is someone i indicate into the other lane for a bit of courtesy. i dont understand, everyone would have have this happen to them before, and would have been annoyed by it, but people still dont think, and just do it. ..................gears vented!

went to supercheap today, and dupli-color dont make a paint in gloss black, which is a bit of a bummer. wonder if anyone knows of another paint thats heat tolerant and is gloss black. theres "satin black" in a brand called "septone". is that anygood? any help would be awesome

i'd think they would be fine for everyday driving mate all they do is disperse brake dust, i'd say ur mates might think it might wear down brake pad quicker? but so marginal i wouldnt worry bout it slotted discs for sure!

yeah the steel intake pipe will promote a lot more heat soak, but during load and high suction heat wouldnt get a chance to soak into passing air only at idle would temps go up i'd imagine

since i've had the car the passenger side window on my 32 4 door has always rattled, i've tried previously to remove the trimming, but get to a stage were there is something holding the trim in, after undoing a number of screws i can see, is there anything i need to do to take this trim off that a dont know about? and/also any ideas on wot has come loose off my window/rails?

use this stuff called "cobra". its coil cleaner used in the aircon/refrigeration industry to clean coils. very good stuff, but is corrosive if not washed down thoroughly after, so after applying, give her a good rinse down

if it seized up shortly after it was installed, sounds like there was still moisture in the system or it overheated, maybe dont go to that place that installed it. it shouldnt seize that easily, its possible they didnt vac out the moisture, which can lead to compressor failure

rang him up, and said well i got vlsd, so chuck us the 2way to suit, anyway after some explanation he thought i had an s13 the whole time, which has 4 variants when it comes to aftermarket diffs, so was a communication error in both behaves. anyway so all sorted, filthy 2way coming my way! cheers guys!

hmmm weird, guess i will have to call him up and say i got vlsd so chuck me that 2way. he says that theres a difference in 2ways when it comes to having a open or a vlsd...i was like? i have never heard of this!

i ordered my 2way today, and he wanted to know wether i had an open diff or a vlsd. he says if its had hicas its an open diff. anyone back this up?

took it to tuners, they chucked her back on dyno, and what had happened was the crappy little boost tee had wound itself up to 1.1 bar instead of .9 bar, so basically my pfc was telling me i was running to higher boost! gotta love em!
