I own a R32 GTR. It has had some driveline issues for sometime. I used to be that when I would turn the corner the car would shudder. I had the Diff replaced and leak in the HICAS sealed and that issue disappeared. But I gained 2 new issues: 1. Only ccasionally when I start moving the Torque Split indicator goes from 0% to about 30% and then the car start to shake until I take my foot off the gas and then everything goes to normal. Only happens about 1 in 20 starts (I am talking just a normal-fast takeoff from traffic lights...nothing to speedy...nothing that would cause wheel spin). 2. Sometime after I switch off my car (totally off not turbo timer or anything). I get a strange "metal grinding noise" that comes from the rear diff/hicas area of the car. Last about 10 secs and then stops. Quite loud and doesn't sound too healthy. I guess I am asking if anyone can shed any light on these issues. Also the HICAS light has been on since about 3 weeks after I got the car. They were supposed to fix it at the last place I took it to to get the leak fixed. But they said it needs to be "alligned". Would that make sense? And if anyone has any suggestion on who would be good to take it to to fix this in Adelaide...that would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks in advance.

If I remember correctly last year (or the year b4) there was a couple of GTRs in the program. I never saw them race. Might be different this time, SA should be there...just dont let ya hopes get too high.

Been having some HICAS and other driveline issues on my GTR for some time. I have taken it to varies places with only some success. Is there anyone in SA that anyone would recommend that knows about this kind of stuff very well, particularly HICAS?

Hi Peoples, I used this guy about 2 years ago on one of my old cars and now I need him to come and re-paint the bumper on the back of my poor GTR The company name is "Colour Touch" or "Colourtouch"...they are a mobile car panel painter....I did have a businees card but I can't find it and I have looked in the yellow and white pages with no luck. Does anyone have his contact details or know if he is still operating? Thanks in advance. Alex.
