thanks guys! emsta, i do tend to agree with you on this one. i wouldnt think RACV (or RAC over here) would know a great deal about these cars and where their problems usually occur. but nevertheless, i'll give them a call, get a quote. same goes for creatd. thanks lthlrb. also, the car is in Bentleigh.

mate, youre not going to have any luck selling your car on here without pics and more details. even though theyre a common model, people want to know what theyre looking at before they spend time contacting you. you should also note if youre willing to ship the car or not. thanks

Thanks for the PMs and reply guys. It really is appreciated. To me, it seems that the best decision to make is to have the car complied over east by a recommeded business, and have it shipped/freighted out to perth. J-Spec advised me that the compliance market is far more competitive there, and seeing how they can freight for around $500 to perth (due to the govt rebate) i probably wouldnt be anymore out of pocket than forking out an unjustified amount for a shitty perth compliance. I assume that compliance over east would still enable the car to pass the pits over here, right? Cheers Kieran

Hi guys, ive heard that there is around 2 compliance places in perth that do stageas, but ive also heard that they are not exactly the most helpful of organisations. (ben fom j-spec imports advised me of this) i was just wondering if any WA stagea owners can give me an insight as to what places they used for compliance and how it went... just so i can avoid any pricks with compliance. Im most likely importing an rs four soon... ~$12500 on road with 91k on the odo, black leather, pretty stock, dual sunroof. grade 4. so i think its an alrite deal, let me know if u think otherwise. but to my point.... i have little/no knowledge about their suspension. and they tend to ride too high for my liking when stock. are there coilovers that can fit in them.. ive been thinking of example like the s13 and c33/a31 compatiblity. is there a model that will work...skylines perhaps? any advise and info is appreciated. cheers boys
