  14. Hypergear or precision. Tou can do mid 3's on staos new range and you can shit 400 in and have at least another 1000 in response if you went with a 6262 and cam gears with a .82 t4 rear.

  18. Non vspec? If its non v ill take the rear diff and shafts. Pm me and ill throw you a postcode for frieght quote!
  19. Try this, google the difference between a centre diff and a transfer case. These guys know the car mate, it's clear your mechanical knowledge is a little way behind theirs. As for "bomb proofing" a gtr powertrain, put at least 40k aside. That's if you want to really do it properly. Lonefield billet cv's, billet driveshafts, carbon props hafts, hollinger sequential gearbox, quaife diffs front and rear, gts4 crown wheel and pinions, modified sump and front diff housing. Then you need to look at clutches, it gets out of control as while you make one thing stronger it creates another weak link in the chain. There is GENUINELY bomb proofing as you say, then there is sensible strengthening of components
  20. And the 900hp vl's are all 400m cars. You want drivability and reliability? Do a proper cop or cnp conversion with a good quality igniter of at least 10a and a set of Quality coils. I'm sure there is a conversion for an fj for a signal.
  21. CDI becomes usefull when it becomes a trailer sailer. Search for cdi vs standard mirrored coil setups. Alot of info on the subject and its pros and cons
  22. No notching required mate. Its been a journey though lol
  23. Just watched it run an 8.70 something with a slow shift ant its got alot left. Hopefully this accident is sorted quickly and the track is still usable!!!
  24. After getting a sneak peek at geometry and kinematics reports for this car, I can say that it's going to be a weapon, of mass awesome.
  25. Do you have the original RSK wheels?
