  1. turbo choice has shifted to a precision 6466 .84 TS T4 rear. Should hopefully be the goods on this set up
  2. how much money have you got and how high are you aiming? You want the best? Get out your wallet son, its gonna hurt. For a mid range to high end solution look at the okada direct plasma coils, bloody good gear, had them on my evo 7. 35 pound, 2kcc and a 2.3, NEVER missed a beat. Buuut, little pricey.
  3. if its a genuine greddy t78 its a good chance its the 17cm2 rear. If it is, you should be throwing boost at it like its going out of fasion. These turbos will make close to 500kw with the right mods. There is a 15cm2 housing but its rare. You may find one and i do remember one for sale on here some time ago. Id search it
  4. this is not a kit, this is turbo only, please pm me if you are GENUINELY interested in the manifold, gate and turbo, and i will price it accordingly
  5. Yep, just gotta convince the minister for finance and war! Also guys, T78-33D is for sale. Looking at a more promising purchase to compliment this engine
  6. well, flywheel and clutch went on, engine went in and box is on. Now for thw bloody starter.... Getting ezcited about the startup!
  7. As the topic states, im looking for new genuine CV boots and steer rack boots for my gtr, i refuse to pay these bastards at nissan gladstone the price they want, its a bloody disgrace! Any traders reading, feel free to pm me with a price inc delivery to 4680 qld Cheers, Allan
  8. is love to give one of these things a go on my build if i could flog the 78-33d off! Or you know......an anonymous benefactor happened to buy me one! Great result jez!
  9. i have a par gearset, actually, ive had 7 of them.......and to be honest, its still going through small claims after over 12 months. The gearset in question was a syncro set, and as far as im concerned, i will never reccomend them, nor use them, i would not even use the gearset to put out gerrard if he was on fire. It has cost considerable money, time and i have ZERO patience left. I highly reccomend going an OS set or the PPG set. For more information regarding the issues feel free to PM me.
  10. just pulled the engine off the stand and encountered my forst problem with the spool crankshaft. The flywheel bolts need to have a washer on them or shortened due to the factory bolts bottoming out. On to the lathe they go then!
  11. hi brad, i have been trying to contact you regarding some fab work i need done. I understand you are a busy bee so when you are free please pm me so we can talk further. cheers, allan
  12. It was pretty bloody good deano, took minimal to balance it all and i can pretty safely say it wasnt really needed. I was warned about an oil squirter issue in some engine blocks but i did not have this issue.
  13. balancer is on, cam timing is done but had a hiccup with the injectors not fitting into the manifold boss. Nismo mounts showed up too. Finally coming together
  14. Just about fitment, support, failures ect ect. Ive had plenty of bad luck on this car in the past so i am wanting to make sure i get it right
  15. what about pierberg pumps. Have heard good things but would like some experience with them cheers, Allan
  16. well, progress has been slow due to work commitments but i have a list of parts to fit now. I ended up going to an ati balancer, id2000's, nismo engine and transmission mounts, hks front mount, hard pipes and i need to figure out the best way to mount the map sensor to the plenum for the vi-pec
  17. any suggestions as to what may suit my needs elite? Im going big as future plans may mean bigger turbo and head combo. i currently have ID2000's and a nismo intank which will be used as the lift pump. thanks in advance, Allan
  18. Hi ladies and gents. My 2.8 BFOT build is coming down to the business end and im looking for a fuel pump to do what i want. BEFORE i get any of the bosch brigade, i do not want multiple pumps, i wanf ONE feed pump and ONE fuel pump, that is all. Ive looked at the weldon range and im impressed, but i was offered a Fuel Labs Prodigidy Digitally controlled full speed controlled fuel pump for a very reasonable price. Just looking for anyone who may have any experiences with fuel labs products. Thanks in advance, Allan
  19. i have an r33 gtr computer, with no case in an anti static bag here, upgraded to a vipec in the standard case a while back, please pm me if you are interested
