Okies, im going to be making a few AFM deletion pipes. Problem is how fkn dear it is to get crap laser cut. SOOOOOOO im thinking that i may be able to get say 20 flanges laser cut and get the 2 3/4" tube welded to it and get a lip rolled for the clamp area for a cheaper overall price. I was looking into just keeping the afm's in there and dis-connecting them but it looks kinda werd. Im going to be getting them cut and welded in mild steel and hopefully i can get them coated at work in matte black for free!! My question is: Is there a real demand for this type of thing?? Is there another 'Off the shelf" part available that doesnt cost the world and what are peoples thoughts. They will be made to be a direct fit to the STANDARD intake system of a 32/33 GTR (standard air box ect ect) for the stealfy steve look. Ill post piccies ect as i make them, if i can ever figure it out while im tanked, i do my best work hammered! BTW, BLACK SAMBUCA FTMFWMF!!

Updates!! Recieved the gearbox today! Injectors in Fuel pump in Vi-Pec in Cam gears in Gearbox *shudder* waiting. Now i have gone a little over budget here guys. After a good hard chat with a few people and forecasting the possibility of future modifications i have decided to buy a new set of -5's. I was told standard turbo's could be modded to -5 specs, but as its been pointed out, rear housings are different. They can be modded to make near similar power as a dash 5 but geez you would be flogging the batshit outta them. The Bill so far! Gearbox: $5745 Vi-Pec: $1650 Pump and Injectors: $920 Turbochargers: $2450 100k Service kit: $420 TPS: $120 Gasket Kit: $240 Consumables: $300 HKS Dumps: $280 Total so far: $11705.00 Still to come: Tune up, AFM deletion pipes, Intercooler Hard Pipe Kit. It seems 10g just wasnt enough!! If only i didnt have to do a box! So, at the end of the day, im hoping to get away with approx 13k to get where i want to go. One day ill figure out how to post god dam photos on the intrawebs and ill show you all something you have all seen before, a GTR in pieces!! Well, im at a bit of a crossroad. I have installed a set of 600cc injectors, nismo pump and will be using -5's and a good exhaust. Without cam gears is and cams is it possible to see 400whp or close to on a stock bottom end rb26 with a vipec(deleted afm's) and not using a FPR. I have a malpassi in the shed i have used on my leone but ill need some sort of adaptor to make it work on the standard rail. OR i can go buy a nismo FPR for 300is schmackos. What does a man do!!

my autobarn will not order me in motul oils because they have a minimum order cost they have to meet. Apparently customer satisfaction isnt something this store is interested in lately, they have ditched me a few times on a few big dollar items. I dont think ill be going back

Id love some feedback with ease of use, installation difficulty, value for money and of course, the good, bad and downright ugly of em all. Ive read a few writeups on turbosmart e-boost and blitz ebc's but companies generally write what they want you to know. Cheers, Allan

Vi-Pec is in! not so hard. i just double triple double checked everything tho! Now, im at a dilemma, do i sell off stock parts and fund a new set of -5's or do i bite the bullet, go over budget and just buy em or get a set of high flows and hope i can get my goal?? also, can anyone recomend a good...nevermind, ill make a new post.

Well, it arrived yesterday! Im about to tackle the ecu install into the factory ecu case over a few rums. Looks the goods, has a good spec sheet and a few people seem to say dam good things about them. Any quick tips before i get insanely frustrated and drink myself into oblivion? Cheers, Allan
