Well. On a near stock head with a quick home port job, stock valves with 80lb springs and a set of drop ins i made near enough to 550awkw on a 2.8 with a 6466 with 84 rear. 4 inch dump was at 49psi. The turbos like to be run hard. Grab it by the pussy

Any particular reason why your going BC valves springs and retainers? For a fraction more you can get a full supertech valvetrain package and dual springs. Also, whats the intended use for the car as those cams are not ideal for a street car

Who built the engine? Any builder worth half his wieght would have pre torqued the studs on yne mains and checked and line bored as required. Rbs are renowned for it -
Fuel system is a surge fed by a nismo in tank running at battery voltage, surge to 2 044s into twin entry rail via -8 and onto 2200cc bosch injectors. Std inlet mani, baby cams, basic port job by me (about to be a big head but same cams) 6466, 4" dump into 5" exhaust, no cat 2 mufflers.

A 6466 with a 1.0 rear will make 600awkw. With a .84 it will make a comfortable 550awkw. Alot of tech nerds seem to hate on a lack of compressor map but the results dont lie. Turn it up and have fun

I have a precision, i run 500+, ive built quiet a few 500+ cars. Boost pressure is irrelevant. Comparing a turbo that is in its peak efficiency range at sub 200krpm and sub 30psi to a turbo specifically designed to turn much harder and have an efficiency range and compressor map to 50+psi is like comparing your sister to a supermodel. Precision designed the CEA turbos to outperform at the limit, and i can guarentee this, they do. BW designed a turbo to outperform in response vs boost and i can guarentee they have there too. I have personally run a 6466 with a .84 housing at 55psi on a relatively mild stroker and seen over 640kw on e85. Thats with basic headwork and stock valves. I have also personally seen a BW EFR 8374 on an evo make stupid numbers but fall on its ass at 30psi, but drive like a big block once on song. IMO, its down to choice. You want big block response and big turbo top end, build a 632cube turbo. You want the most you can squeeze out of a small cube donk, build accordingly and probably, at this stage, build with a precision. You want a street light missile then build with an efr. -
3 5/8" step to 4" directly behind turbo down to the gate merge point then 4.5" from there back, 2 hookers and no cats. Cats shit in boxes and piss people off 535kw
