  1. retrospectively??
  2. We can be just like the DMV in the States! I agree though, I'm for retesting.
  3. Doesn't sound like something I need to watch... your reactions are enough for me to know I don't want to watch it.
  4. Sounds fantastic!
  5. Woop woop, the R34's heading out to Status in the next couple of weeks =D Thanks Trent.
  6. I wish it was the O2 sensor =/
  7. F#ck that Capri is ugly. Rad model shots though! Keep em coming imo.
  8. ^^ Good advice, however unfortunately my problem is not the o2 sensor.
  9. 250-300km per 45-50l fill-up, depending on the driving. 295rwkw @ 17psi I'm hoping my next tune is a drastic improvement to fuel efficiency
  10. It is if the lisp comes with it!
  11. Speak to Thuy from J-Imports about some coilovers (and anything else you may need). He has sorted many people in this club out for parts. He should be able to find something for you from Japan or locally (new or 2nd hand) at a very reasonable price. Just let him know you're from SAU, drop a few names about the place and you're in. I'll PM you his details.
  12. Glad you guys had fun. Hamish seemed to have had a ball when I spoke to him. Subwoofer in your DECA prepared car... lolol ;)
  13. Protests only work if you can get the public on your side, garner support. This had the opposite affect. Have a read of the comments on the Herald Sun news article on the website(Among others). No one supports this action... no one. No one can itentify with us as car enthusiasts, unlike the oppressed Greeks. The franchisee of this Bob Jane T-Mart store will now pay an excess (I assume) and have his premiums increase. In addition to that his business will more than likely experience downtime as a result. A little unfair considering he has nothing to do with the cancellation of this event. How is an increase in your monthly/yearly outgoings and a decrease in income possibly positive? I cannot see ANY positive result from this action. Please explain.
  14. Unbelievable... what is this town coming to?
  15. Sounds good!
  16. I don't think anyone has had any problem processing what Graeme has said. A number of, obviously professional, people (people required to do a lot of unpaid overtime in order to do their job) in this thread disagree that paperwork and overtime are an excuse to do a job poorly and to be rude. I do not disagree that the process requires improvement and that increasing efficiency is positive. We are suggesting that the police arent the only people over worked with paperwork, and some of us even manage it, like Graeme does, with a smile.
  17. Meh, I was just repeating myself and others /deleted
  18. Just check that whatever you hire is capable (including the tow kit it has installed) of towing the weight of your car plus a car trailer. The weight all adds up pretty quickly!
  19. Should be back in business for this meeting.
  20. Paperwork is part of professional life. If they don't like their job perhaps they should look into a change... perhaps McDonald's cashier.
  21. That dude works at Moorabin Autobarn. Can't remember if he said he was on SAU or not.
  22. If he can afford that car, then you would assume he can afford a good lawyer.
  23. That would be a positive thing lol
  24. I will never accept conjunctions at the beginning of sentences. It's just not cricket. I think it is like accepting 'txt' speak in school exams. Here's your conical hat and there's the corner!
