OPH/Nasho has less light, corners (some sharp), blind spots everywhere, equally bad police presence, more crashes, narrow roads, downhills, foliage on the road, oncoming traffic. PLEASE tell me why this is totally different to street racing or even less dangerous and OK to do in your eyes. And no, I don't believe you travel 40 mins to drive along these roads at speed limit or within 15km/hour of the speed limit which is a relatively 'safe' speed. And no, I don't believe most of you haven't participated in either of these events. So apart from the *very* small percentage that own their cars only to speed on the track and otherwise just 'cruise', what the hell are you all talking about you hypocrites? Don't try to put the blame on them for giving you a bad name, most of you are just as guilty (as some of you have admitted). And Blitz, I like how you try to single out the GTR as if cops can tell the difference between a R and a S.

Why is that so? People crash on Old Pac and nasho frequently, probably more often than in street racing. Cyclists and traffic travel these roads daily. How can you oppose one and not the other? Is it because they got this group got busted and are attracting unwanted attention? People get busted on OPH all the time. I should have known it wasn't you merli you were too busy punching donuts @ @ krispy kreme

Isn't that your car Merli?!?!?! p.s. what's the difference between illegal straight line drags and going down old pac through windy -blind- turns? and how many of you have NOT done either? and how many of you that said yes are lying?

I can't quite remember the size of my front (that's where I had them on). It was either 18x8" or 18x9", but they fit fine. 265 is a measurement so they should all theoretically be the same width, but I guess clothes in the same size across different brands rarely are either It says in your info you're from Melbourne though? I am located in Sydney. -
Around 80% tread remaining, great condition. You all know how good these tyres are. Located in Sydney, north shore. Brand new are around $300; selling for $170 o.n.o. Reason for sale: Bought the Azenis semi slicks for track but are decent enough for road use so will use them permanently. These are street tread patterns as shown here: http://www.falken.com.au/passanger.html Will post pics tomorrow. E-mail me if interested [email protected] Ken 04111 29800

Does powder coating involve some sort of clear protective coat on the top? I don't want to get my wheels powder coated any colour, I just want the gutter scrap repaired and put some sort of clear coat on the top to give it that 'new' finish. Have any of you done this? How much did it cost approx?

In a car pile up is the last person responsible for the damage for every car in the pack? Doesn't sound right.... Thought at least only drivers are only at fault for their car and the damage on the car one in front. Someone let me see the light

Didn't you ever go to school when you were a kid? Don't you know the difference between a weekend and a weekday or morning and afternoon and night? True they should just use that electronic sign to display the current speed limit, but nevertheless if you do get caught by that Carlingford camera you're a retard. If you're too dumb to figure out the time of day just slow down regardless.

Why the **** would you 'guard' your car by SLEEPING in it?? Don't you want to be catching THEM by surprise? And don't you want to avoid confrontation with the burglars? What if they're armed and there's more than one, except you don't realise that until you've charged out in your nighties? Risking life for an insured, 30 odd thousand dollar car? Also isn't disconnecting the battery -> resetting the ecu bad for the car? I think motion sensors is the way to go. Either a loud siren or one that only notifies you, so you can call the cops. Meanwhile little things to stall them like disconnecting the electronic door on the garage at nights (dunno if electronic garage doors can be opened manually?), padlock and chain your wheel to a pillar, double park the car. These thieves don't sound like professional car thieves if they're knocking off stuff from your neighbour then coming back to your car the next day.
