Anyone know where to source cheap supra spare parts (preferrably used). Specifically looking for a front bumper and front splash shields (black plastic that goes on the undercarriage to protect dirt/water/stones hitting the engine from underneath. Contact numbers or shop names will be appreciated.

My car has a gay sun visor at the back, on top of the rear window. It's stuck on by some sort of glue or silicon. Any ideas how to get this off without ruining the paint underneath?
