It is definetely different but would only appeal to a select group of people since it differs so much from mainstream Skyline modifications. The back seat audio install is very good I gotta say that.

Similar thing to what was done on the PS1 back in the day. Load up software CD, let it run and wait for it to ask for "insert game disc" then load up burnt game CD and you are good to go.

Yeah the factory oil pressure gauge is a bit hopeless sometimes. Mine goes down to zero every now and then. Always scares the shit out of me but I soon realise it's just the gauge being gay and after a bit of a bootful it returns to normal lol.

Once modifications come into play its a whole new ball game. The Monaros really start to shine with a supercharger on them and I gaurantee if you drove my dads car you would want one straight away, it puts my car to shame.

Ok well thats good news than, must mean that from North QLD to certain states in Aus isn't always overnight post (I also sent them in the afternoon so maybe that effects the time aswell). I put a couple of tracking numbers from QLD into their website and they all look delivered, put in a couple from VIC and SA and nothing comes up so it means they havn't arrived there yet as my understanding is it is only updated once it actually reaches the post office in that state. Let me know tomorrow guys

+1 exact same situation. I never said for you to fly around the country looking at them all and paying mechanics. Go through carsales and pick say 10 that are in your price range, look good in the pictures and seem to be legit. Call them - hell a phone call won't kill you - and ask some decent questions regarding paint, accident history, servicing, more high res photos etc. If you have done enough research you know what to look out for and will be able to narrow down that 10 to say 2. I looked at a couple in Townsville when I first started and they were all shit, I then started doing what I just told you. I narrowed it down to two in Brisbane which were both exactly what I wanted and I was hell picky with very exact specifications (immaculate white stock standard Series II GTST, non sunroof with ABS under $20,000 with 50,000-80,000km and first or second owner in Aus). In essence I wanted the best condition series II with those specs in QLD that I could find. I flew down and went to look at the first one which was a fresh import and I had spoken to the guy a lot on the phone and the car was exactly how it was described. Took it for a test drive for quite a while, talked to him a lot about it and couldn't fault the car in any way so I bought it straight up and drove it back. Honestly I just feel like you are doing something wrong. Importing one of these cars is just silly, maybe back in the day fair enough, but nowadays I just don't see the point.

Guys, one of the foglight/indicator surrounds that I sent has a couple of the mounts snapped off, not sure if it will be suitable to make the moulds out of. Does any one have a spare drivers side one they could send to Shane in case my one is no good?
