  1. F***ing LOL! See something new every day.
  2. Bloody gorgeous. Best thing out of Veilside since the Fortune kitted RX7.
  3. Hahaha you gotta be kidding me, you are back again?!?! You remind me of that Simpsons episode where Bart tries to grab the cupcake that Lisa put electricity through and it keeps zapping him. Yet he keeps trying to grab the cupcake. And please mate, don't use the word hater in every single sentence to make yourself seem tuff, makes you sound like white un educated trash.....oh wait.....
  4. Exactly. Hence why i said on a stock turbo and stock cams it is pointless. You aint going to adjust it to improve response since the stock turbo is as responsive as you are probably going to get. And top end power and midrange, the gains you could possibly get would be that minimal you wouldn't even notice. On a big turbo with after market cams than yes no doubt it could be adjusted for improvements.
  5. On stock cams and stock turbo no. The amount of time spent on the dyno mucking around with it, is money you could spend on a boost controller and add a couple of psi and get 10 times better results.
  6. Hahaha!
  7. Don't get his hopes up. The stock RB25 turbo will not flow for a true 210-220rwkw. Your talking close to 300HP@wheels, the turbo can't flow that much. A true no bullshit dyno with the turbo pushed to its limit will be from 190-210rwkw, and even that upper range is very rare. Don't forget, dyon's are easy to bullshit. Hope for close to 200, if it makes slightly more than that you got a good setup. Also a key thing to get the stock turbo to that 200rwkw mark is having a boost controller that holds 11-12psi to redline, not falling off at 5000rpm. The 100 octane fuel well help prevent it pinging if you put a good amount of timing into it.
  8. A GTRS is not the same as a 2530, the 2530 is smaller.
  9. For the GT time attack download you need Prologue right?
  10. Haha thats awesome.
  11. As far as i was aware it's just a slight difference in length on the top of the spark plug (going into the coil pack). The BCP is higher and makes a better contact, the BKR sits lower. I've used both on many occasions and never seen any difference. I'd like to know more on what Trent is talking about. Maybe the BKR's are a bit more prone to missfire due to the contact point.
  12. You didn't follow rules for creating a for sale topic, it got locked, harden the f**k up and get over it instead of having a fit and making yourself look like an idiot. "Cheap flaming mongrels use this site"....umm yeah, we are all cheap, hence most of us spend stupid amounts of money on cars and there is probably some of the most expensive modified cars in Australia on this site....good logic. The admin and moderators do one of the best jobs of any car site i have visited and this is probably one of the best sites for information and keeping f**kwits out, funny how most of us don't have problems...
  13. Keep the stock injectors, keep the stock AFM and keep the stock Fuel pressure regualtor. Sell the regulator and keep the AFM and injectors for when you need them.
  14. My god your kidding me dude.... a) It wouldn't drive without the intercooler piping connected since it is an AFM'd car, would want to stall every split second and go through a tank of fuel in half an hour. Not to mention all the other problems caused from a turbo not being connected like oil leaking from the compresor wheel due there being no differential in pressure on the compressor side compared to the inside of the turbo. b) Pull off the turbo and block off the exhaust, umm you think a car will drive with a blocked exhaust? And also, you really think it is just a matter of "pulling it off". And finally, the most important one, why can't people understand this, it is registered and complianced as a turbo car. It doesn't matter if you shoved an Excel motor into it and drove it like that. Registered as a turbo car, complianced as a turbo car, therefore you can't drive it, simple as that. Sorry if this sounds harsh man, but to say you've been on here reading the forums for a while and then ask a question like that....well really...
  15. Yeah good point, i missed the fuel regulator thing.
  16. If you make over 200rwkw you'll be lucky. Also, why on earth would you get 850cc injectors when the stock ones will do the job for a lot more than what you will be pushing??
  17. Just cause it has a different part number doesn't mean shit. The NGK site will list the platinums, he probably gave you the coppers, therefore he knew what he was doing.
  18. The only option now is to kill your parents and burn their bodies in the car. It's harsh i know, but it's unfortunately the only plan. Or you could spend a couple of hundred bucks at a mechanic to get them to replace the cat, but that's a stupid idea.
  19. Got a dyno graph with a boost curve? Should be easy to tell if something is wrong.
  20. Another way, not the best, but better than pouring it down the drain. Use an old oil container, fill it up, put the lid in, take it to the dump or put it in the bin.
  21. I fear you may be right Dave
  22. Yeah after a burst vacuum line on the wastegate and a boost spike to 2.5bar, EVERYTHING went to braided lines lol.
  23. Lol. I was gonna mention put braid, that way you don't have to worry about kinks and expansion
