The Performance brand are good value for money. Many people use them. Or the Tomei springs.

NEVER!! Next April 100% Airlie beach cruise again. We will get way more cars to go though.

I would happily drive that far also lol. Don't bother with the cam gears or anything else. Valve springs would be the only other suggestion. Some people do them with the head still on. I just decided to take mine off and rebuild it.

Last time I checked 6.5 seconds is pretty good for a NA 6 cylinder in a luxury vehicle. Given that your RB25DE would do 8-10... My point was the M54 BMW straight 6 is a fantastic engine with good engineering and should not be classed as being in the same league as a RB25DE.

Freight is usually $10 a tyre for them. Just one thing to consider. When tyres get down very cheap it usually means that they are very old and hard. So might be worthwhile checking out the year of manufature.

Yep exactly. I will email him tonight to see what the go is. If he can get them through this new guy, awesome. If not we shall get a refund and order these other ones (if they can get another 6...) I'm half tempted just to buy those four now to atleast gaurantee four...

GTR lines are different on the front due to the front-shafts. They have to retain the hard line that goes over them. Not sure why it won't tighten. Both sides are like that?

Lol not even in the same ball park as the M54 engines. Not to mention any E46 325/330 would smoke a GTS Skyline given that they do 0-100 in under 7.5s (330 does it in 6.5).

As has been said. We have everything other than the footrest. Find out the best price for 10 footrests and let me know. If we end up getting a refund then we will take that option. So they have 10 footrests in Australia?

A Rav4 cruiser and a R33 GTS both do 0-100 around 9-11 seconds. ie. Slow. The point of my comment is that non turbo skylines are as slow as any normal passenger vehicle. Hell a stock GTST is quite slow by todays standards.

No way could you put that much power to the ground that quickly, in a vehicle of that size to allow a 0-100 time in under 1 second. I call bullshit. But would absolutely LOVE to be proved wrong. -
We might have found a guy in Japan that has the footrests on hand. Just waiting to see if he can send them out ASAP. This might be it!
