  1. When did you get GTR 8 U plates
  2. Changed the word Brembo on the brakes to Nissan.....isn't that a downgrade....
  3. Wow that turned out a hell of a lot better then i thought!
  4. Mine gets some more carbon fibre goodies, i love carbon
  5. Why is the PS3 version shit? Its f***ing fantastic! On a HD Sony 52" TV it looks unreal! Such an awesome game, trying to take my time with it enjoying all the little things in it haha. Love sneaking up to a raider with a sniper rifle and watching the bullet in slow motion blow his head off
  6. Technically the law states that a blue light is an emergency vehicle colour therefore cannot be displayed on a vehicle and that red is a brake light colour and therefore can only be pointing rearwards of the car.
  7. So you copied and pasted a random post into this section of SAU for what reason?
  8. Yeah post some pics once you change them all.
  9. God i love neon threads, so interesting to read. Tyson i respect that you aren't fighting back, most people that start these threads end up having them locked because their last post is "You f**ks my neons are awesome and ill f**king kill you if i find out where you live" etc etc.
  10. How do you find these kits to be in the series II reflectors? Do they have a decent cut off point or does every second person flash their highbeams at you?
  11. Can you get them in a silver/chrome instead of the red?
  12. Yeah there is a lot to it. Definetely worth it though.
  13. Not sure if a 2530 will be much efficient mast 20psi.....
  14. If its going to see track work do the modifications to the oil galleries to the head (search sydneykid and oil restrictors to find the thread where it shows you how to do it), invest in a decent oil cooler, make sure the tune is running safe, service it with some decent fluids and she should be fine. Also probably worth a look to check how all the bushes are underneath her and replace them with some adjustable ones or replace the arms to dial in everything as the factory ones will most likely be flogged.
  15. You want to build a motor with the block still in the car.... Also no need to go a thicker metal head gasket, your choice though. When i take my head off in a few weeks im just replacing mine with the standard nissan one in the engine gasket kit. No reason to lower compression at these power levels.
  16. My mates HKS ignitor failed pretty quickly on his SR, not when it was brand new though. So you never know, could be a faulty ignitor. Keep us updated, very interested to see how she goes.
  17. Pffft as if you want to get rid of compressor surge. Soft.
  18. Simple answer, no. Taking the head off and taking the engine out are two different ball games. Also its a waste of money for the power your going to be pushing, stock internals will be fine.
  19. This will probably get locked since its been covered a million times. Just buy a BOV made for a R33 that way you can just take the plumback off and put the new one in its place without having to change the flange. Its like a 15 minute install. Instead of venting the air back into the intake before the turbo, it vents it into the atmosphere. Simple as that. Not sure about the laws in WA but im assuming its just like every where else and atmospheric BOV's are illegal.
  20. Depending how bad it is most of those wont work (trust me i tried everything). My car had very bad acid rain marks from Japan on the side glass and after months of not being able to get rid of them i gave up. Couple of years later a friend of mine that worked at a windscreen place told me to try some Aluminium cleaner on it but to be very careful with it because it would eat away the paint. So i gave it a shot and bingo it took them all away. I recommended this as a last option, try the others first (i even ordered in Meguiars most harsh cutting compound and tried that, it worked ok but didnt get rid of it all).
  21. Replace them with some ARP head studs (part number ARP-202-4301).
  22. WTF is this thread about?!?!?!
  23. hahahahaha!
  24. Isn't AWKW in a GTR pretty much the same as RWKW. As under normal driving conditions while accelerating, most of the power goes to the rear wheels anyway? So say if a R32 GTR makes 250kw in AWD it will make like 255kw in RWD? However i suppose with engine power there would be a bit of a difference as you would lose a bit more power through an AWD drivetrain with an extra diff/transfer case etc. compared to RWD. So therefore it would be a bit more at the engine when comparing a 300RWKW car and a 300AWKW car. I think it will be just stabs in the dark to guess how much extra power those components take away in power loss through heat and noise.
  25. Its similar to Oblivion but its 100 times better. If you really hated oblivion you might not like this.
