  1. Speaking of big f***ing turbos, saw that HKS have a new turbo, the T62R. If i remember correctly its rated to 1100PS.
  2. Well this thread has gone to complete shit.... Why the hell would you want the engine to blow up imprsv?
  3. Doesn't take much heat to ignite fuel, pushing the car to its limit might make the leak larger and fuel being high pressure won't take much to squirt around the engine bay a bit. Seriously it aint worth the risk.
  4. Leaking fuel + Hot engine bay...... You sure you want to risk it?
  5. Ummm its a 26 dude...... So how did this thing go in Autosalon?
  6. Yep morphine, spoke to a guy at EB the other day about it for a while. Can't wait for it to come out!
  7. Looks good IMO, very tough race car look.
  8. So after driving one you wouldn't spend the money on it anymore? Any reasons? Just a bit curious that's all.
  9. Oh wow! Never seen one of them before, very nice.
  10. Factory FPR will be fine, dont bother replacing it.
  11. Yep correct, ECU will trigger the relay giving power to the fuel pump when key is turned to ignition. Therefore if you aren't getting any power when the key is on igniton i'd be looking at how you have set up the wiring to that relay. Not to sure how the pin out puts should be connected though, but im sure some one will have some knowledge on here.
  12. Depending how well he can drive, whether its an auto or manual and what tyres he has he could crack into 13's, but most likely will be in the mid to low 14s.
  13. Natural way: Car running rich and when the exhaust is hot the unburnt fuel ignites and causes a bit of a flame (usually from a car running no cat). Non-natural: Run a flame thrower kit with a spark plug in the back of the exhaust which can be activated to cause the flame, what you mainly see in movies. Car's running anti lag or BeeR revlimiter's also pop decent flames.
  14. Ill take a Murcielago or Gallardo any day of the week over that monstrosity....
  15. Oh ok fair enough, i thought it was a chip like the ones that they solder into your ecu, my mate has one in his commy. My mistake.
  16. http://www.armadale4wd.com.au/products/unichip.htm Pretty much a little chip that they can solder into your ECU to get access to tune it, mainly done on V6 commodores etc when you want a slight tune. Think of it as a greddy emanage kind of thing. For the cost of it to get some one to put it in and tune it, your better off just buying a Power FC or emange, never heard of any one running one on a skyline and probably for good reasons. Don't think it could take away rich and retard etc so pointless.
  17. Honestly, no.
  18. So its finally coming, about time. Good to hear we don't lose anything spec wise.
  19. Yeah i've done a bit of research into them and watched the youtube clips of it operating. My mate just installed one on his car, waiting to hear back to see how it goes for him on his trip
  20. A simple google search would have given you that answer.....
  21. Think of the bright side, you saw a Ferrari
  22. Have any of you guys in WA used the radar jammers like the gf100? Comments?
  23. While on this topic, has any one seen a power increase throughout the rev range from installing a HKS twin power even when the coils are functioning properly? Would the amplified power into the coil packs create a more efficient burn causing an increase in power through out the revs? Or is it a negligible increase? Bit curious about this.
