  1. No noises what so ever. I made a few additional brackets for it so it doesn't move what so ever. One of the guys here in Townsville got one a few months back for his GTR. He mounted it dodgy as hell (he's pretty dodgy with anything to do with cars though), the whole thing moved side to side and when I saw it for the first time with some mates I said "that thing is going to fly off". Sure enough a few weeks later, it did hahahaha. But yeah it's fine. Doesn't move what so ever it's on there that tight. Been at plenty of high speeds with it aswell and no problems there. My car is pretty low and it doesn't hit anything at all. I've order the additional carbon vortex generators for the side of it aswell so will install them and post some pics up soon. If you buy one from PSI Parts, hit them up for the DIY install I wrote up for them. Plenty of photos of everything I did.
  2. Nah I don't want the JDM steering wheel. I have come across a company that does carbon fibre and leather steering wheels that are not on an exchage basis. Very similar to what is in Tango Matt's R34 GTR. However the steering wheels come with no airbag. I just wanted to make sure that the R34 GTT airbag and the ADM S15 airbag were the same so you could use either. This makes it easier for people like me to get an ADM S15 airbag for cheap or for people with an R34 GTR/GTT to just swap over their own. Anyway I have emailed the company to see if they do any group buy discounts. If not I will just get one for myself to trial fit.
  3. Fulcrum suspension is probably your best bet man.
  4. Hahaha yeah, ohwell next time. Nah havn't edited any yet. To busy tuning my mates Power FC/learning the ins and outs of a Power FC and finishing off my tune.
  5. Got those photos today Cheers man.
  6. How do you get a degree by 20? Graduate high school at the age of 17-18, graduate uni at 21-22. Unless it is like a three year arts degree?
  7. Thread bump (but a good one) Ok so after nearly 6 months of looking for a steering wheel replacement I have finally found what I want and I think you all will aswell However. Quick question to make this idea of mine to work. The R34 steering wheel and the S15 steering wheel are nearly identical as seen below: They bolt on the same way so therefore you can put a GTT steering wheel into a S15 and vice versa. Now my question. Does any one know if the actual airbag itself (the centre piece as seen below) is the same on both wheels? So in other words, could one airbag fit the other? Has any one got both steering wheels that they could play around with? Once this has been answered I will show you my idea EDIT: Think I may have answered the question myself. The S15 ADM steering wheel looks identical to the R34 steering wheel:
  8. The tune definetely seems on the safe side. AFR's are quite rich, running quite low boost and we also don't know what the timing map looks like. Could be running bugger all timing aswell. Sure there could be a slight problem with the setup but it also could just be a very safe tune. Also don't touch the headgasket, there is no need.
  9. You will actually want a GTST kit. The brembos have the same size threads in the calipers as the GTST calipers. Main difference with a GTR kit is it has to keep the hardlines for the calipers so it can get around the front halfshafts for the AWD. You don't need to do this so a GTST kit works and you can get rid of the hardlines (if you got them aswell).
  10. Interesting, never seen that before. Only thing I could suggest. Get a mould of it do another one for the other side.
  11. They are 100% M12x1.25. I did the group buy for the Dimple drain plugs.
  12. Cheers for the PDF lol Good read. Hands down R35 though.
  13. Bit annoying to read on screen. Can you summarise in a paragraph?
  14. While idling or whilst driving aswell?
  15. Oh, I didn't really look where he was from, I just ment in general. But yeah if he is that close than no problem at all. This. Learning to tune isn't that hard, just takes patience and practice.
  16. Just got an email, he will have the tracking numbers on Thursday (so Thursday night/Friday morning)
  17. Bumper intake port?
  18. See that is a big issue that a lot of the guys living in major cities don't always understand. An ECU upgrade can be great, however if you don't have any one to go to makes it kind of pointless lol.
  19. My god. It's just one after another!
  20. Yeah his is a Dell with Windows 7 home. Doesn't matter, I just use my gf's laptop. Only downside to her's is the battery life. We went out just before and after 45mins we were done lol. Gotta admit though, the Datalogit and the Power FC in general is quite annoying to use when compared to the Vipec (this is my first time using a Power FC properly). How people manage to tune off of the hand controller only is beyond me. I would be pulling my hair out. But fair enough, the technology between them is obviously over a decade. Would probably say the same thing about the Vipec in 10 years time
