  1. Gd Ingrish.
  2. The thread is 5/16" x 24. I just bought a 5/16" x 18 and found it is the wrong size god damnit. God I hate imperial crap.
  3. It better get fixed within the next two days god damnit.
  4. My rubber strip was all fucked up. I just ended up taking it off. Looks much better lol.
  5. I'll be dropping the oil from mine once the oil coolers get here so will see what mine looks like.
  6. Doubt you could find better for the money. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/357901-hel-thermostatic-oil-cooler-kit-group-buy/ And as others have said. Thermostat is a must for street use. And at 400kw I wouldn't even go out on the track without an oil cooler, especially if you live in a hot climate area.
  7. Oh right forgot you can't do closed loop.
  8. Just replace it with the wideband and run it in closed loop lambda. That's probably a good contributing factor to my new fuel economy. Still gotta do the cold start properly though as it runs way to rich in the first 5 or so minutes.
  9. I see what you mean about the rotor hats. That sucks. Looks like I can't install them today because I don't have an imperial tap and die set and everything is closed Also here is a bit of a DIY install for a 240SX from Wilwood. Good to use as a guide any way. http://www.wilwood.com/Pdf/howtostories/Nissan_240SX_Brake_Install.pdf
  10. Yeah that probably seems about right. I'll give them an email tommorrow to see how they are coming along.
  11. Yeah I run 15.1:1 - 15.3:1 basically everywhere around 80-120km/h cruise. Not sure how much leaner I could go.
  12. Next time we will all stay in the same hotel complex to make it a lot easier. Also forgot to tell you. I swear to god the cops were looking for us today. We went down for breakfast and a cop was searching the car parks all suss like. Then afterwards we went up to shute harbour, 5 minutes later, same cop searching the car parks there, then we went to meet you guys up at BP, said our goodbyes and me and Stacie went back down to the main strip to walk around. Pull up into a carpark, get out and start walking around, 1 minute later same cop scanning that carpark. Seriously I was tripping out lol.
  13. Yeah man you gotta get one and lean that shit out lol. For like the past 3 years I have had pretty shit fuel economy with the Microtech. This is the first time I have gotten it back to being good. I couldn't believe that it was 9.6L, had to triple check my maths to make sure I got it right
  14. 15mm spanner. Also they don't need to be overly tightened. Once the o-ring is compressed and the bolt is tight that's it.
  15. Serious? That's a bit gay. I'm going to attempt it tomorrow so will see how I go.
  16. Was a good weekend boys, definetely great to finally meet every one. Will definetely have to organise something again in the future. Also turned out my highway economy tuning paid off, ended up averaging 9.6L/100km for the whole weekend! Wohooo! No more 20L/100km bullshit haha. Good photos Cal, i'll have a flick through mine soon to see if any of them turned out ok. Matt, just gotta say it again, your car is pure pornography
  17. What do you mean the "thread snapped off the magnet"? That doesn't make any sense there is no thread on the magnet and the magnet is epoxied inside the bolt. Do you mean the bolt snapped? The bolts aren't titanium, if you start applying force to the bolt if it isn't going in correctly any steel bolt will snap. Without knowing the full story behind something don't simply make up bullshit that they are shit and are poor build quality due to one incident. If you want to PM me and discuss a replacement I will gladly speak to Richard about what could have caused the failure (what ever it is that you mean).
  18. Whats that little white roller thing on the right hand side? Never seen that on a strut brace before.
  19. You should be able to feel and hear any sort of vacuum leak so just stick your head in the engine bay and have a good listen and use your fingers to feel the suction if you are suspicious of an area.
  20. A $1600 strut brace?!?! Holy f**k.
  21. Post the question up on qldstreetscene.com in the Townsville section. Should get an answer by some one fairly quickly.
