  1. So turns out our pedals were not in the shipment that arrived. So now we have no ETA on when they will be getting them. Just f**king great. This is the Hel group buy problem all over again I just really don't understand how this shit happens. Do I need to fly to Japan to kick some one in the nuts for being so incompotent they can't take some damn pedals off of the shelf and put them in a box? Is it really so bloody difficult?
  2. Way ahead of ya
  3. Might want to put a price up dude.
  4. Hahahaha so mean......I love it.
  5. As far as I am aware yes they are the same. It is only the transfer case that is different.
  6. I'm actually in the process of making a prototype for something similar for the R33. Give me a few more weeks and i'll post up a thread.
  7. 40km/h over and it made the news? My god. I should have made ACA 4 years ago then lol.
  8. Paul at Extreme Motorsports.
  9. Exactly. Hence what I was getting at with my question to him. Lol doesn't quite work like that unfortunately. Yes it would be a good thing. You would be supplying colder (denser) cleaner air to the engine. Maybe gain a couple of horsepower at certain RPM points. Would it be anything you would notice? Nope. Seriously, you have to understand, the RB25DE is not an engine that you can get power out of without spending a lot of money. They are a small displacement N/A engine in a heavy car. With all the bolt on mods you could think of you would be lucky to gain 30-40hp (which is probably what the engine has lost with it's age). Have a look at the dyno thread in the N/A section. All the power figures are poor. Only a select few who have wanted to spend larger amounts of money have gone beyond the norm, which is still less than what a GTST would make. Save your money, sell the car once you get off your P's and buy something else.
  10. Lol to true I suppose Well when I used to work at Autobarn to retrim a roof lining in normal velvet type material we used to charge around $150-$200. Main reason is the old fabric with age will start to peel away from the solid underlay. You see a lot of cars, especially smokers cars, that have the roof lining falling down from the adhesive letting go. So even if your roof lining is in good condition, you run the risk of it starting to sag one day. When if you do it all properly, it will last another 10-20 years.
  11. I couldn't afford to go to the extremes that interior is done to. However the roof lining and a couple of bits and pieces are do-able, shouldn't cost to much.
  12. Oh true? Didn't know that lol. Poor guy.
  13. Nah I think alcantara will be the go. Will match my seats better. This photo here is what made me decide to go with it: However i'm going to remove the centre interior light for a cleaner look Yep, I am that anal. Here's some more pics of the interior because it is so bloody gorgeous (Replica Z Tune)
  14. Why can't he reply? Did he get banned?
  15. Making a black roof lining is on my to do list. I looked into it a bit, read up about painting etc. But I was a bit concerned about a lot of people saying how the paint smell didn't ever seem to properly go away and that on some hot days the smell would come back, so I dunno? I'll most likely get mine retrimmed in alcantara or something similar. As for the mirror, painting would be fine, that's what I will most likely do (or get a carbon fibre stick on cover from Japan )
  16. Done, done and done
  17. Bahahahahahaha! IBTL
  18. It is the same as putting a RB26 into a Supra or a LS2 into a FG Falcon. Yes it is something slightly out of the norm, but for the effort, it aint different enough to justify the hours gone into it.
  19. Stock reg and injectors will be fine. Honestly go the Tomei/Nismo. If you are not to mechanically minded you will struggle with the fuel pump install doing it right (any one can just wack a Walbro/Bosch in there, but to mount it correctly is a bit harder). The wiring of the Walbro simply means giving it a different power wire that runs at 14V (what the alternator pushes out) instead of the factory 12V. If you have to choose between the Walbro and the Bosch just go the Bosch.
  20. I don't get your question. Not every thing in his list is made to make more power and you have a larger turbo than him. So what don't you get?
  21. It aint a R34 thing, I don't get why he is having trouble with it.
  22. Just get some through Just Jap or Nissan. They aint that expensive...
  23. I am all for one for crazy engine swaps, but this one I don't get. It aint different enough to outlay the costs involved. Replacing a twin turbo Nissan 6 cylinder with a Toyota twin turbo 6 cylinder...
