i am cool as a cucumber when it comes to traffic etc.. in melbourne, but damn!! i was stressed something stupid on sat arvo navigating traffic! the roads are dead set dangerous on their own, horrible is the only word to describe them...they like cement slabs all uneven and called roads.... slightly off topic...i put in about $90 aprox each way in fuel(premium stuff bout 99c/ltr) is that pretty average etc?? not many stone chips, just a couple on the drivers door

hey funky...... i made that trip to sydney we were talking about a while ago... i did get a few stone chips from different things...i was amazed with the amount of skylines and just general imports around the liverpool/enfild/bankstown area where i was staying..... going to bed, i still tired from leaving melb fri morn, then leaving syd sun morn hehehe cheers

just finally got my r33 registered this arvo and have my plates on....so if an y'all see hotsky roaming around..TIS ME the cruise on sunday isnt a goer, as i will be driving back from sydney sun morning

well it is its first one(that i would have got done on it) i got it off the ship noot long ago....... its a non turbo..... there are 90 000 km's on clock...just want a simple service for the time being casue i need to drive it to sydney soon.......

ok i am going to put the car in for a major service etc...... a couple of questions 1: is it imperative to replace the platnum spark plugs with platnum ones, or can they just put in standard plugs etc..... 2: how much would you expect to aprox pay for a service & tune, or just a aservice itself?? cheers

the cruise sounds pretty cool..if my line is going by then, i beleive i might make a show......will try find out the route a bit before hand though

i kknow with Young and coll insurance.....this sort of course wont reduce your premium, BUT it does reduce your excess by quite a fair bit

i supose i shold prob mention i dont drive it to work etc.. it was just this day i had to take to the complioance joint during lunch for the engineer dude to sign off on some stuff..just wainting for plate now etc..

well it happened...friday on the way home from work, i got pulled over casue i dont have any plates on the line(still getting complianced) i do however have the permit thingy to drive in the meantime, BUT its 7am to 7pm....i finish work at like 6.30 and takes bout 7 mins to get home i had to stay back a little bit fri night was round the corner from home and they nabbed my at 7.08 pm...gave me the full max fine of $500 and were total a***holes about it to is this the kinda treatment you can normally expect once it is finally registered etc.... NOT HAPPY JAN!!! now it will be even further delayed in getting rego'd

this is a bit of a stupid question, BUT... can it light up on the back of my R33 or is it just the R32??? if so i wanna do it

i kinda messed that up a bit...i meant....... putting under BOTH yours and your parents names, and they dont care or even want to know what % each person drives.......and that means either you or parents can crash it(touch wood) and still be cool

now there is a difference between trying to save lives, revenue raising, and just plain utter stupidity i think we all know which one this is..... i would love bracksie to actually have to drive his car one day instead of being driven around everywhere, and cop one of those fines etc.... but then again it would prob just be written off as a nesesity(sp?) of the job!!

well i am 22 with racv, i got a quote of 1800-1900 for a rating 2 admitedly my car is a 1994 r33 n/a auto but i would imagine it shouldnt be much different for you.....and you see if you put it under a parents name or something they will go on your rating, and they dont care how much % you actually drive the car, i have already checked this out....so therefor, if one of your olds has a rating 1 or something, you can do it that way brad

hey what do all you guys think of a warlock 7500 alarm and immobiliser system with keyless entry thingy in it??? is it very good, ie: does it do the job well....have been told that it is pretty damn good, and insurance's wont knock it back etc..... brad ps: didnt intro myself on sunday at calder cause i was with my mate who was being a d.ick and didnt want to jump the fence lol and come over to say hi..so i had to watch from afar, and from the fence next to all the lines after the BIG oil/rain break admiringt the GTR hmmmmmm
