Hi Guys, I'm looking for a new clutch. However, i do not know what clutch to get. I'm currently running 280rwhp. So what clutch is good to get? Organic or ceramic? Can the organic handle the power??? and does the clamping pressure matter??? like how heavy it clamps??? How much does Exedy heavy duty organic clutch clamp? 850kg or more? Because Xtreme's Organic is 850kg. Please enlighten. Thanks a lot.

Hi Guys, I have a 1995 series 1 R33. R34 Neo engine FMIC Apexi Pod Filter HKS Electronic Boost Controller HKS SSQV BOV Apexi ITC (ignititon controller) Apexi AFC (fuel controller) Mines R33 ECU Apexi turbo timer Pivot speed meter Ceramic Clutch Dump, front pipe and cannon exhaust With this mods, is currently at 278 rwhp. I'm thinking of throwing in -bigger injectors -Aftermarket fuel pump -bigger turbo (looking at GT3540) -Z32 AFM what power will it be after this mods? does anyone knows? what injectors should be recommended? what fuel pump should be recommended? Internal or External? Turbo wise, what other turbos should I look at? apart from the 4 things, do I still need to change anything else to suit? and what is the safest boost i can boost it? currently, it is boost at 0.9 for 278hp. but i ALWAYS drive it at 0.9 bar. only on the boost on the drag. help and suggestions needed to solve my modification mystery... yep.it move forward, shudder at end and i quickly clutch back... no revs... so, new clutch?????? -

i tried it. never give revs, the car move forward and shudder at end, engine did not stall. and GTRsean, what do you mean? "I'll put in the clutch line and get rid of dampener first!" <----what's the purpose??? Cheers. Got a great feeling need to spend a bomb. -

So if i experience shudder or the engine stall, my clutch is fine? how I know whether is it my thrust bearing??? my spray painter told me is my thrust bearing... -

When the engine is off, the shifting of gears is smooth. r32woohoo, how far is your far?? until the engine dies??? GTRsean, so what you intend to do about it? -
I have difficulty going into first when stationary. i have to always go into 2nd or 3rd first then push to first. is hard. is it the thrust bearing or the clutch??? any idea? because I thought of changing clutch, but if is not the clutch that's faulty, i can save the money. ^_^ So anyone knows??? I got my changed to a very good condition one from $350 include labour charges. with power steering oil top up.

4 of them as in 2 on the left 2 on the right am i right? Well, but does it work? for those having a HID in their car, does turning the hexagon shape bolt help to lower the beam? Cheers.

Hey guys, manage to find the hexagon bolt and tried to turn it... result: no change in the height of the beam. why is that so??? I really have to bring it down before i can drive in the night.... mentality: do not want to blind others. Cheers.

Hey guys, i manage to saw the bolt for the 2 sides of the headlight. but however, there are above the high-beam. i guess that's not the one right? and for the lo-beam bolt. i cant find it. LOL... am i an idiot? please help.. Cheers.

Hey mate, i have a debate with my mate regarding down shifting gears, using heel toe. i said is to prolong the life of the clutch and the transmission and gearbox. he say no need. and give me an example of a Honda Jazz 5 speed manual. say for example, a 50 year old lady driving a honda jazz, does she need to learn heel toe to maintain her clutch and transmission? all i know is that the power of the car is link to the transmission.. please share your views... one example: this is what he said: GEARBOXES AND CLUTCHES ARE DESIGNED TO DO WHAT THEY DO IS TO SHIFT UP AND DOWN WEAR N TEAR IS INEVITABLE PROLONG FOR HOW LONG? 5 MORE YEARS? does this mean every freaking stop sign, traffic light, corner must heel toe? every man woman old child must heel toe? rubbish utter and fully rubbish and why cannot ride the clutch to move off? u mean at 800rpm, the clutch is destroying it self? when it rides against the plate? 800 rpm? how much destruction can 800 rpm do? i don't know.. but curious why must car have clutch _________________________ Response needed.. i find this topic interesting. well, first thing first, must I remove the whole headlight to access that hexagon bolt? because I open up my bonnet and look behind the headlights, i cant see anything that's hexagon and able to turn. really need help. THanks.

ok. i guess i have a final question. Out of the clutches below, which one is the easiest to drive??? and when I down gear, there will not have a shudder... -5 puk ceramic button -9 puk ceramic button -cushion button select one from the above. the main important point is that I do not want the car to shudder when down gear... Cheers.

is it just behind the headlight? as in it is visible?? which one exactly is it? pics would help a lot a lot... i'm not going to drive out until i dim the lights.
