call the general police line on 131444 and explain what happened your car passed on friday - there should be some substance behind the peice of paper that says your car is roadworthy tell them the officers names and make sure you tell the person on the phone that you showed the officers your receipt if the police arent happy with the DPI - licensing vehicle inspection units then that is not your responsibility. your car was deemed roadworthy. end of story.

i think you shouldnt paint a stripe on it. if you put a pin stripe on - put a vinyl sticker on because then you can just take it off if you dont like it down the track

go to www.dpi.wa.gov.au click on licensing services and then custom plates then call the contact number and ask if its available they will tell you that you cant substitute numbers as letters - so dont say 'i want boosted with a 5 as the S' just say it letter / number at a time clearly people have words written with letters, but the ppl on the phone are a slightly retarded

nooo my old car :'( what was the other car that was involved? it is not good enough for him to not have lodged the incident with his insurance company. if he isnt willing to cooperate properly just tell him that you will be seeking legal advice. it shouldnt be a long process and it wont be if you keep badgering him / your insurance company.
